I ordered through Door dash for dinner tonight. All of the food was very cold. The Fish and shrimp meal was very small. Somehow the corn was soggy. They didn't include butter and sour cream for the baked potatoes. Wasn't worth the $80 that I spent. Do not waste your time or money.

Libby's BBQ is an extension of Ruby's Tuesday. The brisket plate I ordered was 3rd most favorite online. My reaction to the brisket plate wasn't very high. The brisket needs some flavor as in seasonings, not in sauce. The food overall is a working progress. The tater tots tasted like a soft, soggy potato. Need some seasonings, fresh potatoes, and cooked harder. The macaroni and cheese tasted somewhat decent. If you're desperately starving this would be the place for you. But this does not taste like authentic BBQ. I rate my brisket plate on a scale of 1 to 10. It would be 5 neutral. The food preparation was decent. It just need seasonings in the protein and sides.

Food was horrible, dry, and just plain nasty ! No other way to describe it. Catfish flatter was horrible, along with beef Jerky like brisket 🤢🤢

I ordered a rack of ribs with sides and extras for the 4th. I did it through Uber eats. They didn't give me the ribs but sent me all the sides. The delivery driver told me they didn't have the ribs when they should have been contacting me or Uber Eats themselves. Piss poor service.

Food isn't good except for ribs. None of the food is seasoned. Potato salad had humps of squares and some were hard. French fries are just cooked and not seasoned nor do they send salt and pepper. They can't even be compared to McDonald's. Don't eat here if you want good food.

Everyone deserves a fighting chance. Haven’t been here and while quite amusing to see a restaurant with a 1 star and 4 reviews I just had to help them get over the hump. Heat up your food and make sure you take care of the ones who take care of you. Good luck Libby’s!!

Upon delivery of my fish platter to my table. the manager informed me one of the pieces had fallen and they are making a new one. Other places may have put it back on the plate or just let it go to have 3 vs 4 pieces but it was good to see such conscientiousness in todays day and age.

And the bbq sauce isn't anything special. KC master piece is 100 times better. Will never order again. Can't believe they're charging what they are for their low quality food.
