lilys Bakery Coffee Shop Reviews
So fresh! So hot! So much flavor! Juan and his crew know how to do it up right! The chicken tacos....amazing with fresh lettuce, fresh tomatoes, everything fresh! The pork Yaroas....insanely good. And to top it all off, the milkshakes! We had banana and mango and they did not make it home. Friendly, clean and welcoming. Lily's Bakery won't let you down. Check them out for lunch or an early dinner, you won't be sorry.
After being open for several months, my friend and I decided to finally stop and get some postres. The Dominican Carmel and Piña cakes were so fresh, moist and delicious!. The Tamarind and Parcha juices were refreshing on an almost 100° degree day. The guy that served us was really friendly and took the time to chat with us and explain all the delicious menu items. The only problem...too many delicious items to choose from so we will definitely be going back. If you haven't...read full review

Lily's Bakery Coffee Shop is a Dominican food spot in Harrisburg. Customers found it while looking for fun bakeries, and many were impressed. The empanadas are called the best in Harrisburg, made with a unique dough, though some noted they could be more filled. The tres leches and flan are delicious, and the Dominican sandwich (completo) is one of the best sandwiches ever eaten, with so much flavor. Other menu items include chicken and cheese empanadas, pizza, beef empanadas, Dominican cake, and a beef chimi burger. The pink sauce is a must-try, with one customer wanting a gallon. The inside is very clean, and the staff are very nice and helpful. However, the menu on Google Maps is out of date, missing items like quipes and bollitos de yucca, and prices have gone up. The area is sketchy, and parking is tricky street parking. Sandwiches were decent but lacked fresh, crunchy vegetables. The completo was liked better than the chimi, and both are ample portions. The majarete has a drinkable texture and tastes just sweet. Overall, customers said everything was excellent and delicious, and the place is a needed addition to Harrisburg.
