Linglestown Diner

We only came to the diner because it is in the same building as the shoe store we were going to. We were hungry and decided to have lunch first. It was a WONDERFUL experience! I cannot recommend it enough! My husband got breakfast food, and I got the blue moon burger and sweet potato fries. All of the food was delicious! Go there! Just. Go!

Been here before. Never had an issue until recently.

I had placed an order here over the phone and after I paid for it and showed up to pick it up they said what I ordered was out of stock. No problem.

Called in a few days later asked “Hi do you guys have the bagel breakfast sandwich” And the lady who picked up the phone seemed to changed her tone a bit and said “uh yes we do” and I said “Just making sure, last time I ordered it was out of stock. This woman said “Oh my god.” And hung up the phone.

I called back and said “I’d like to speak with manager please, thanks”. Same lady picked up and said he was too busy and if there was anything that I needed to speak with her. I said when he gets a chance I’d like to speak with him. She hung up the phone after.

Writing this review and forgetting this place all together. Happy Sunday though! ???

Just leaving Linglestown Diner, excellent service, great food, n big portions, had a western omelette,home fries, n toast, my tummy is so full.Will definitely be back soon n probably try lunch.Keep up the great service, n great food , n liked the music.

Absolutely amazing little place! Fresh, hot, and delicious food. Everything was prepared wonderfully and great portions. Best rye bread I have personally had from any other local diner. Our server was so friendly and nice. Hands down my favorite breakfast spot now.

This was a Saturday 11:00 am meal so we had a choice of breakfast or lunch menus.
The diner has been in business for a year and a half and is located at the end of the parking lot.
My friend ordered the Monte Cristo and that is a winner and highly recommended! The side of coleslaw was not something we would order again and the bun for my burger was cold, but the meat good quality.
As a suggestion, I’d put curtains and perhaps some plants/flowers on the tables to make the place cozier.
Great friendly service and I wish them best of luck!

Nothing fancy, but great food and service! My family name is Lingle so that also made it a fun experience. I had the Linglestown Chicken Sandwich which was a good size and very tasty.

This is a wonderful family owned restaurant. The food was delicious and the prices were great. The service was exceptional. I ordered French Toast and the 2 eggs and potatoes. Both were delicious. As a family of 4, we ate very well for a very reasonable price.
