The waitress was very rude and trashy like not only in her attitude, but also in her appearance. The beef from the hamburger meat tasted like horse meat. The chicken was completely under cooked. And having close to over an hour for a ceaser salad is simply ridiculous. Never again with this place. This is why I mostly stick to what I personally know, which is the Texas Roadhouse for a good and true steak.

This used to be one of my favorite restaurants.. not anymore. It took forever to get our food . It was cold. The Parmesan chicken tasted like over salted reheated chicken. Dry baked potato,, the ribs barely had meat on them and barbecue sauce was watery! My ice tea tasted like water.. ugh . Bad food and service. I will not be returning.

Can’t believe they turned our group down of 27 people. I’m a manger and I wouldn’t have never let that amount of money walk out the door. It’s a Friday night and you’re telling me you didn’t have the staff to accommodate our group. Very disappointing!!!!!

I had a big party planned and was really excited to celebrate, but when we arrived, they told us they weren’t going to accommodate our group. It was embarrassing and disappointing, especially since we were ready to spend and have a good time.and we are on a family vacation Poor communication and customer service — wouldn’t recommend for anyone planning to bring a large party.

Longhorn has long been in our top 2 of chain restaurants and the one in Harrisburg PA did not disappoint. Great steak and salmon. And always good salads. Our server made sure we had our salads well before our main course was served. Highly recommend.
