Stop by Los Hermanos pizza today with the wife because she wanted to try there pizza out I was surprised there food is really good I got there pepperoni pizza cheesesteak with bacon and cheese fries They are very polite will definitely stop by again.

So today 2/23 I finally stopped on by to try their regular plain pizza. I have been on the hunt for a particular taste and appeal. I miss the pizza form NJ. Every Friday was pizza day at school. And the nostalgia would be so great, if I could only find that flavor again. The cheese, the sauce, the crust, it all matters. I have yet to find the exact combo. The search continues...
But Los Hermanos have some delicious pizza here friends. The taste is excellent, sauce has great flavor, wonderful amount of cheese and it tastes good, the thickness isn't too thick or to thin, an average amount of grease, and the flavors came together deliciously, nothing was overpowering. I mean the pizza slaps! It wasn't burnt, it wasn't tough, the cheese came slightly off, as it should. It wouldn't be pizza if it didn't! And they do not skimp on their slice size. Those two slices never even made it home after the 1st bite.
I judge a place by it's plain pizza, and theirs, as baby bear would say, is juuust right. Plus, their selection of Jarritos is fun, and they have the real and better tasting coke in the glass bottle; I love it!
I can't wait to come back and purchase more of what they have to offer on their menu. Thank you for the great pizza Los Hermanos Pizza!!!
