I simply ordered 2 sandwiches using the app and was asked to pull forward from the drive-thru window, I told her no I only ordered 2 sandwiches. Then a manager came to tue window and LIED to my face Telling me that I needed to pull forward because the Quater pounder burgers were made to order(which 1140am) is a bold face lie, then she also said that the car behind me Only ordered a drink but she Parked that car as well. Therefore she LIED to me about that as well.
I ended up going inside about 2 minutes later to get my 2 Sandwiches which were finished but had not been brought out. I understand about drive-thru times but this is unacceptable at the expense of customer service. 2 cars and 2 orders were parked which causes longer wait time for customers because there is now no urgency to clear the car to stop the clock. And previously in the past I have been forgotten when parked and after about 10 minutes went inside and had to have MY then cold food remade. These 2 cars above mentioned were the only cars thru drive-thru during this time and nobody was ordering or waiting for their food when I went inside to get my food. This is unacceptable customer service. The manager that parked me was inside talking about ME when I walked up to the counter and when I told her she LIED to me, she just rolled her eyes and said "WHATEVER" This is Rude management. Who can you ask to speak to when the manager is the LIAR and also Rude to the customer?
I AM NEVER PULLING FORWARD EVER AGAIN AT THIS LOCATION!!!

Ordered at the kiosk, transaction went through via card, then staff said they never received our order 30 minutes later. Then it took an additional 15 minutes to receive our small order. Overall very slow and dysfunctional.

I ordered a big breakfast pancake instead of a scrambled egg. It only has a folded egg smh... When I came home and checked my bag there was no damn syrup. All bad!!!
The food is usually good, but the service and attitudes of the workers is unacceptable. I used the mobile app, and sat in the curbside pickup for 12 minutes. I walk in and some guy with glasses and ear buds in is mopping the floor. Completely ignored me. Waited at the counter for nearly 5 minutes, a girl walks out of the bathroom (on her cell phone), through the employee door, past the register, and ignores the three people waiting at the counter. The person working the drive through (who claims to be doing everything) keeps looking out at the three people waiting and says nothing ... not even "I'll be with you in a moment". Door Dash lady was waiting for her food, which was sitting in eyesight of her. This place was just ridiculous. I won't be going back. If we are going to pay people $12 per hour now, and $6.00 for a breakfast bagel sandwich, they need to get their $%@# together.

I making this complain cause McDonald’s closes at 11pm and I arrive at 10pm, I came over to this McDonald with an order from Uber and they did not give me any type of service all the employees were outside and they were talking and laughing and all they told was it was closed and that it. If you close at 11pm you should close at the time you have listed not an hour before

One the BEST McDonalds I’ve ever been to!The SECOND I stepped in I immediately felt the sparkling clean feeling of the place, I mentioned this to the employee and they said their manager makes them clean (all the time).The young staff were excellent. The young man sold me a great food deal like he was a sales pro. The store, the staff and service had a super clean, super sharp vibe.Great positive, uplifting,airy, modern and clean atmosphere. My food was hot, perfectly arranged and again, carried that PERFECTION feel in every bite.I have NEVER experienced this in a McDonalds before. Hats off to management.

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST McDonald’s in the Harrisburg area. The managers have this establishment poorly run. This McDonald’s is well known for messing up orders on a consistent basis giving burgers with 2 bottom buns and poor customer service. I walked into the store the cup station was filthy and barely had lids for the cups. This McDonald’s does not give golden standard effort which is a shame and the owners of this establishment should be embarrassed by the people they call employees. Where’s the pride ?? Where’s the effort because it doesn’t exist in this place and they really need to remove everyone and start from scratch because it’s an embarrassment to the McDonald’s brand. This place is an absolute joke. But if you’re in a bad mood and want that to keep going this place will surely not leave you disappointed. Kline Village McDonald’s thanks for giving us continued bad customer service and terrible food we hate you for it ……..
