Was there yesterday at 8 pm on 7-19-2025 my son ordered 3 mcflurry and a french fries 🍟 it took them after we paid 43 minutes made us wait so they could took care of drive thru a couple came in after us saw what’s happening and they left… had they not charged my card I would have walked out… i will never return to that dump!!

Incompetent people working there. I ordered ONE THING - a cheeseburger happy meal, so we were not happy to see chicken nuggets when we got home. I tried calling repeatedly and it rings and rings forever and then someone hangs up. I called corporate to get a refund so I could go back and order AGAIN what we wanted and corporate could care less. Not exactly what my daughter was looking forward to after 8 hours at an amusement park and being starving. Check everything, including your happy meals because the workers can't read, apparently.

Worse McD kitchen ever! Whether u order in the app or at the drive-thru, the orders are always wrong even though ur receipt has ur order listed correctly.
Order xtra onions, you get no onuons...order no pickle, u get pickle. Obviously the workers in the kitchen can't read and/or comprehend what they've read. It's a true problem with this particular McD!
Don't get me started on their old nasty fries. Never ever get hot fresh fries.
However, the window people and the ones that bring ur meal to your car are so personable. The only good thing about this McD!

Whenever I buy at McDonald's I ask for a frappe and on several occasions I have asked in this location and they always give me the frappe with pieces of big ice and I ask for food without onion and they put it on it is as if they did things for purposes

Says their drive thru is open until 12am but they are turning customers away at 1130.. not good when you have people who work late hours & need a quick meal, if I could give 0 stars I would!

Let this stuff go usually but this is the third time I have come to this mcdonalds and pulled up to the speaker for the drive through. And then nothing as I watch 3 cars in the other lane get there order taken. This place has gotten worse and worse. I'd avoid at all cost since they can't even seem to operate a drive thru properly

I ordered on the app and picked it up in the drive thru. The employees were very courteous, the service was quick, and the food was hot. I only go to this McDonald's occasionally since I am not in the area very often but every time I have, the service has been very good
