15 minutes waiting for basic order, order taking person very obviously not happy to be there and then they never gave the runner the correct spot to deliver the food to so he had to go to every car until he found the right one. Seems like incredibly bad management. But on the upside, my wife said they were the best nugs she's had in a while.

They lock the doors more than a hour before the dine-in is supposed to close. The food takes forever no matter what you do, curbside or drive in. You could get one thing and you would be waiting forever. There has to be no one managing this place; it is the most incompetent McDonalds. Like other people have said, DON’T waste your time waiting for 20+ minutes for cold food. This place is awful every time.

went to this location recently hoping to get my favorite meal. When I found out they no longer had the Travis Scott meal I was quite disappointed. But clearly they were too because when I asked again they gave horrible attitude. I ordered my food, which they forgot my ranch. When I went back the next day, I just so happened to be playing a Travis Scott song. I think they got mad because I had previously asked if they had the Travis Scott meal. Anyways, they forgot my sprite, and when I reminded them that they forgot they got mad and chucked it at me through the window. The worker is a larger sized lady with orange hair supposedly named Keisha. She claimed to have a gun. She tried climbing out of the window to chase me down. I feel really bad for her because she was prolly having a bad day. She chased me all the way to my hotel, leaving a very long line at the drive through.
I’m also extremely disappointed that they had no grimace shakes or Travis Scott meal.

I order by mistake a drink. I order a Iced Mocha and that wasn't the one I really wanted. I told the cashier to change me the iced mocha for a McCafè Mocha Frappé ans that if I need to pay ant difference I'll pay. But returned with a worse one, another iced mocha without week cream. I don't like to fight or argue so I threw to the garbage. By the way you buy the $5 offer and they always, always forget the cup. Store #5638
