Do not waste your time going to this McDonalds location. They are short staffed at 9:00am, asking people to order on kiosks. Two people working a drive through and a dining area, so you will be waiting 15 minutes for your order or 15 minutes just to order.

Went through the drive-through at 9:01 AM sat until 9:18 AM and then parking space without the food that we ordered and was only given three orange juices at the drive-through window. I went in to the store asked for a refund of the $33 paid for the meals I was told by crewmember the orange juices could be kept in the car to refund the money she gave the receipt to the manager. The manager came out. The manager stated I can’t refund your drink because you had your drink but I’ll give you your money back for your meal in my eyes that sounded fair. I was understanding until she tried to refund me just $14 which is less than half of what I paid for the meals with the orange juice . I questioned what that was and then she got upset. She told me I didn’t have to be so belligerent and I need to be more patient and I simply just went in there with calm space and just stated I wanted a refund because I had to get on the road. She said she wouldn’t refund the drinks until the drinks were brought back in so I said that’s fine. Let me go do that for you. I even gave her my wallet and cards as collateral because she said she wasn’t going to refund anything until the drinks were brought back and I just wanted her to refund me the money , so as I’m walking out, I saw my receipt I go to get the drink for her she’s like never mind don’t bring the drink back in it’s fine and she tries to clean up the transaction and apologize but my thing was there was simply no apology. There was simply no care that we waited so long, but then also that there was an issue with me just being refunded the money that I paid There’s a drink upcharge whenever you buy their breakfast and you get an orange juice so my thing is why wouldn’t you just refund for the charge? Why would you try to take your you’re making it seem like a drink the orange juice for worth $6.33 so I went and got the drinks and brought them in and sat them on the counter as she requested and she still was complaining about me. Review your cameras you’ll see the encounter. The crew members were great tried to make it right and keep things flowing but the manager just simply can’t manage. Her professionalism and character is that of a tired toddler.

Went through the drive through. They verbally confirmed my order before giving me the bag. I drove away it’s wrong. I go inside with it, give them my correct receipt, they give me a different bag, i get out to my car. Even though the food is labeled with what i ordered, it’s missing

I went through the drive-thru. They had me pull around to park and wait for my food. I watched as several people who ordered before and after me, get their orders. I sat for several more minutes, watched an employee bring out another order that wasn't mine. Not till I went inside, did I get my order. I saw plenty of people working for the lunch rush. No hustle, no apologies for my wait or offer to make the experience better.

I wish I could rate 0 stars. The experience I had here on New Year’s Eve in the afternoon was insanely bad, almost seemed like a complete joke. We came through the drive thru, and were told to pull into a spot because they were waiting on our food to be done. We waited in this spot for 30 minutes, no exaggeration. We had to walk into the store ourselves to ask why it was taking so long. They then got our food, and it was very cold. So I went back in and said I needed it remade. I was inconvenienced so hard to have to wait over 30 minutes and hardly had the time, so I politely asked to be reimbursed some way, atleast partially for the huge inconvenience. I was met with attitude in their response “No, but we’ll make you fresh food”. When I got home I called to complain about this. I talked to a female manager, not sure what her name was. I told her what happened, and while on the phone she literally asks the employee whom I was making a complaint about if what I said was true. She then says to me “Well he says you snatched the bag from him and stormed out” turning it into a “he said she said” type thing like preschoolers. Absolutely immature and embarassing. I still expect some sort of reimbursement for this, ridiculous.

My first and worst experience today at McDonald. I ordered 5 mc chicken, 20 counts nuggets, large coke and large fries. We were told to park at the curbside and a guy came with our order and we checked it right away and told him we’re missing fries. The guy was generous enough to say he’ll be back with fries but he never showed up we waited for 10 minutes and we decided to drive through and ask. The lady in the front who was probably in her teen was so rude and disrespectful and gave us medium quantities of fries in a large container. I’m pretty sure she thought we’re lying her and asked for another. This is not acceptable. Never going back. McDonald need to train their employees better.
