Yesterday October 18 around 4-5 I ordered through the drive thru, I was specific about my order chicken Big Mac (was sooo exited to try it) no pickles no mustard and received a beef Big Mac with pickles and mustard, soooo sad cause I was already home when I noticed my order was incorrect.

I don’t go to this McDonald’s a whole lot due to other locations being in closer proximity to me. However, I would say I end up here around once a month. I am always impressed with the staff here. They are kind & there is one elderly lady in particular who works at this location who would always hand me my tea with extra napkins & a smile. I haven’t seen her lately, but I definitely appreciated her ability to work well in customer service.

Took granddaughter there for lunch yesterday, messed up our order big time. Left off two sandwiches, one order of nuggets, a drink and a chocolate milk as well as messing up one sandwich. It also took us three tries just to get Honey, kept bringing over honey mustard. And it was only three of us, so basically they didn't get one order right, pretty pathetic if you ask me

Delicious food, no collectors cups loses stars for the cup, really missed that cup
I got served a sandwich with mold on it. I ordered two cheeseburgers, they weren’t on regular burger buns but I didn’t care. I thought they might have just ran out. I opened up my sandwich and the bun had mold on it. I called to let them know and no one picked up the phone.

Horrible!! Probably one of the worst Mcdonald’s I have ever ordered from. I order on doordash quite often… I always get a 10 piece chicken nugget meal. The past two times, in two weeks I have ordered this meal through doordash, I got no chicken nuggets. How do you forget the chicken nuggets in a chicken nugget MEAL??? And TWICE IN A ROW this happens?? What are the chances?! I drove over the second time this happened, I let the guy know what was going on. I got no sorry or anything. I did get my nuggets but the point of me ordering on doordash was so I didn’t have to drive anywhere. Never ordering on doordash from here again.

Very slow, took a later customers order ahead of mine, had to repeat loudly in the drive thru, no directions were given and there are 3 windows, did not give us the sauce we requested even tho it was on the screen and receipt. My fault for driving away without checking. Food was so.e of the best by McDonald's quality
