Women pulled up to speaker nobody said anything she asked were they still open and the McDonald's worker responded hey loud and rude "I SAID HOLD ON!" So the women said I'm sorry I didn't hear You Say anything could you please pipe down a bit. The McDonald's worker then replied I'm not severing you. The women responded she was gonna call corporate and the McDonald's worker said can them! The woman left. Note if you don't like flipping burgers for a living find another profession. You can't be rude to people and not expect to be called out about it. I hope she does call corporate and I hope they do something about their rude employee.

The lady at the drive thru speaker sounded like we're were taking up her own personal time with our order.What an attitude!Of course they ALWAYS screw up the order somehow. I almost always get cheese when I ask for none. Even the ticket on the sandwich will say NO CHEESE, but behold, melted plastic tasting nastiness all gooped over my burger.By the time you get down the highway, it's too late to turn around and get things done properly.This is one of the most ghetto Micky D's around.Go to Burger King, much friendlier staff & better burgers that they rarely mess up, although they are not perfect either.For a superior quick meal, go around the corner to Chick Filla. Or Sheetz for a MTO.

For the most part consistency with there moca frappes. Occasionally they miss and the frappes aren't as good too icy and not mocha sweet enough.This place use to be my #1 choice but have stepped down from that spot because of the frappes. I know they can do better.Dietary restrictions: When a customer ask for no whip cream give them just that don't scrape it off the top. Ppl are allergic to these sort of things or have severe lactose intolerants. Which could cause real serious issues.

They tried to hand me a Shamrock shake and it was like melted. She did replace it. There were NO NAPKINS NO STRAW. That makes it hard to drink the shake. Always a messy burger when it only has mayo and mustard on it. Always oozes out and always need napkins.

This McDonald's is a very well updated fast food restaurant. They have 3 kiosks where you can place your order and pay. Then you get table service for you food. A nice touch. Their staff is very friendly and this particular McDonald's is at a good location.

I will not eat here. I saw an employee walk out of the bathroom stall, walk past the sink and proceed to walk behind the counter without stopping to wash their hands. Despite walking past a sign that clearly states all employees must wash hands. Which, I am sure, is something that is reviewed by management upon hire, as it is a state health code.Not worth the risk of exposure to a number of nasty pathogens.

Lazy overnight worker has time to stand there sending messages on her phone but can’t make my pre-paid Mobile order because “people called off.” They can make Doordash’s orders though. That means if I went across the street and ordered delivery through DoorDash they could make the food! Did you ever hear of such a thing! Half the people who work there don’t deserve jobs!
