I am absolutely appalled by the treatment I received at this McDonald’s. I went in expecting the usual fast food experience, but what I got instead was completely unacceptable. I was using codes to place my order (as I’ve done countless times before), and the cashier had the audacity to yell at me for reading them "too quickly." Are you serious?! Last I checked, I wasn’t auditioning for a public speaking competition—I’m just trying to get my food.
It’s one thing to ask for clarification politely, but yelling at a paying customer is outrageous. This is McDonald’s, not a boot camp! The level of disrespect I experienced was embarrassing, humiliating, and downright unprofessional. If your staff can’t handle customers using the app as intended, maybe some serious retraining is in order.
To make matters worse, there was no effort to apologize or diffuse the situation. Instead, the cashier acted like I was the problem. This kind of behavior is the fastest way to lose loyal customers. I left feeling frustrated and unwelcome, and trust me—I’ll think twice before returning to this location.
Get it together, McDonald’s. Treat your customers with basic respect.

Came here for a quick bite and I was checked on by an employee to see if I need anything. It’s been years since I’ve been asked if I needed anything else at a McDonald’s.
I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich deluxe with bacon no pickles but i only received a sandwich with no chicken patty.

While I was ordering the lady through the speaker asked me to speak louder, and then when I did she preceded to tell me I don’t have to be loud and gave me attuidd while taking my order and giving it to me
