McDonald's is definitely 100 percent one day McDonald's will be fully automated . I hope that will never happen. I enjoy seeing an employee. The atmosphere was great clean and very easy on the eyes.

This location was very clean, and the associates were very nice, but gave service a 3 because, when I went and asked for a soda refill from the manager, she pointed at the soda machine. I told her that it tastes different than what's behind the counter. She knew by my luck that I was not happy with the service, and I told her I was sorry that I bothered her.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking right in front door. The door is only a single so, you may need help getting through the first and second door.

The floor was so slippery on Derry street at 9 pm February 29th. I almost fell and I have rods n screws in my back. I talked with the manager on duty n she didn't satisfy my concern. They were all laughing about it. I will not go back there

Worst experience I’ve Ever had at a McDonald’s’s The Lady with Glasses that works at the Front tonight is a Dried up Prune that doesn’t care about the People and making Logical decisions .
We ordered through our mobile and it was ready in less than 5 mins .

I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and 2 pumpkin and creme pies. I was given 2 McDoubles instead of double cheeseburgers...seems like all mcdonalds like to give you the wrong sandwich hoping you don't notice the difference. Double cheese burgers cost more than McDoubles...I wanted and paid for 2 slices of cheese on my burger and they did the bait and switch by giving me McDoubles...scam artists at its finest

I was told I couldn't order at counter, had to do at Kiosk.. then the meals, I had to order each item individually, then pay at the counter.. IT WAS RIDICULOUS!!!I WON'T BE GOING THERE ANYMORE.. no wonder everybody goes through drive through.. Also my meal was for there and they made it to go!
