Wheelchair accessibility: One of the finest restaurants in the town, I love the customer service and verities food they serve.they have an upper floor open for small parties. this place has a lot to offer so you should come and check it out!
I went to get lunch here. They had buffet set up. Such a great food and services. I recommend this place for mix Nepali and Japanese food. Buffet is for Tuesdays and Sundays 11:30am to 04:00pm.

The Shangri La Special Fish Curry and Vegetable Chow Mein weren't very good, just average. The curry had a lot of cumin, but not any nuance or layers of flavor profile. The hibachi tables looked amazing and I'll come back to try that. The service and atmosphere were nice with an outdoor pond and large aquariums inside.

Over an hour wait with a reservation. We were seated quickly but ever step was slow or delayed. Bathrooms were disgusting with no soap. With only 2 hibachi chefs they were extremely under staffed. Our chef was inexperienced and still learning his craft. Table service was slow. Steak was good, but for me not to clear a plate says something. This goes down as the worst hibachi I have had. The overall experience was poor. I hope they can grow from this.

Excellent service from the staff, from how quickly we were seated and had our drinks ordered to the skill of the cook at the grill. Food was great, and our party never had anyone neglected or forgotten.It was a wonderful experience for us, and I highly recommend Shangrila.Vegetarian options: Virtually all sections of the menu had vegetarian offerings.Kid-friendliness: The hibachi "dinner and a show" greatly entertained the child in our group, and there was a children's section on the menu.

1st visit here! Great dinner show ,great food, great service. We had 4 in our party and sat at the hibachi table. Sesame chicken and steak&shrimp dinners. Definitely great choice! We will be back!

Food was great, service was excellent! But between the chefs banging utensils and the carts going all over the place it was one of the noisiest restaurants I've ever been in. So keep that in mind if you're looking for a quiet venue.

Our dining experience was exceptional. We were seated promptly upon arrival, and our drink orders were taken and served quickly. The chef was timely and showcased great skill. The service overall was excellent, with attentive and knowledgeable staff. The food, especially the perfectly cooked chicken, and the well-timed serving of salads and soup, was outstanding. The positive impact of the recent change in ownership is clearly evident. I highly recommend this place for a memorable and enjoyable dining experience.

It all started with a reservation at 7 for 9 people.Didn't get any drink orders until 7:30 and Chef didn't appear until almost 8. Worst service I ever experienced at a Hibachi. The server/bartender named Robin had no idea what he was doing.Didn't know how to make any drinks and lacked knowledge all around. Every round of drinks he would forget a couple. Salads and soup was never brought to the Hibachi table until after food was cooked and we complained. Chicken was way over cooked and the Manager obviously doesn't understand customer service. This place has gone down hill since change of ownership. I would suggest finding another place to eat.
