Disgusting! No soap in the bathrooms…wonder how employees are washing their hands. Luckily, we went to the bathroom prior to ordering. Didn’t order just walked right out. Never going back.

Absolutely terrible service me and my coworker went in there. They didn’t even say welcome to Moe‘s. Then they served us just made our food without asking us what we wanted on it and to top it all off I couldn’t hear what they were saying they were mumbling, I don’t think they spoke English very well. When we got there they didn’t tell us where the salsa was for the chips so I had to look around for it. I will not be going to this Mo’s ever in the near future and you shouldn’t either.

Don't eat here, they are serving you old food.
smelled like fecal matter and sewage. gave us half a serving of chips and the incompetent employee put away the salsa and hour before closing. the trash was overflowing and there were fruit flies on the soda machine. if you’re looking to get a foodborne illness i definitely recommend making a stop at this specific location. one of the employees was giving us nasty looks and looking into my soul as i was eating my pathetic burrito.

$36 for awful chips and 6 tacos and drinks. Hard pass. Skip this place.

I recently visited Moe’s Southwest Grill, and while the food was absolutely delicious, I had an issue with the atmosphere. I ordered "The Home Wrecker", and it was fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. I really enjoyed the meal. Except, I asked for my free cup of queso and was told no. 9/20 = Free Queso Cup Day, but OK.
However, my experience was soured by the behavior of the manager. Throughout my visit, I witnessed him yelling at the staff in a way that was unprofessional and uncomfortable. The employees were working hard and doing a great job, but the manager’s attitude cast a negative shadow over the otherwise pleasant experience.
I hope management can improve how they treat their team, as the food and service deserve a much better work environment.

Guys are always quick and professional. On the rare chance they make a mistake on the order they correct it immediately no questions asked.

Sorry I didn't take a photograph of my dinner this evening. I ordered a bowl where you choose all of the ingredients that go into it. So if at the end you don't like what you ordered it's your own fault for the ingredients you chose. My bowl this evening was actually quite tasty.
Parking: Moe's is located across from a large strip mall that has a Target and a JCPenney. So out towards the edge of their parking is plenty of open spaces. You may have to walk across the driveway to get to it but there are plenty of spaces for parking.

WOW this place has gone downhill. you walk in to the many handwritten signs all saying what you and they can’t do. Manager (I’m assuming) and employee were too busy leaning on the counter to see I even walked in. I start my order and then realize the black beans now have onions in them, which I can’t have. I tell the employee that I cannot have black beans and I’ll have to choose something else and he stares at me like a deer in headlights. I finally and regretfully choose ground beef and complete my order. The manager is the cashier and I ask him for a togo water cup, as my order was togo. He hands me the smallest cup, smaller than my hand, that reminded me of the cups your pills get put in at the hospital, for my water. I ask if this one can even fit a lid around it, and he assures me it can. I go to put a lid on it after filling it up with the 1/4 cup of water in can hold, and of course, as I thought, no lids fit!! I go back to the manager and ask for a different cup, as no lids fit. He says “I have to give you the lid” and gives me a lid for a SAUCE CONTAINER. Why go through all that trouble, grabbing stuff from different areas of the restaurant that isn’t meant to be used for drinks, for two sips of water? Is anyone happy with two sips of water with their meal, especially Mexican food? The entire time I was in there I was looked at like I committed a war crime; probably because they’re not used to having customers. I used to love coming here, especially as a kid, and since the food was okay, I’ll still frequent Moe’s, just not this location. Not welcoming or customer focused at all, coming from someone who works in the industry. I’d be fired in a heartbeat if I ever treated guests like they did to me.

Moe's has lost its appeal. It's not very fun to come there anymore. The menu isn't fun anymore. And it's way too overpriced.
