Moe's meat and cheese bowl was delicious. Plus I got free chips. The Salsa bar was good with the variety of salsa they had available. Their new chocolate chip cookies were amazing. My friends enjoyed their meals along with the queso. Customer Service was friendly and very inviting with the female staff. Would highly recommend food and service to all.

I don’t like how skimpy yall are with the protein but yet will load up on veggies smfh! Ordered via Grubhub a barely got any meat but yet got an abundance of chips & cheese! Y’all forgot the lettuce and pico by the way but lesson learnt! Don’t order from here

Recently used Moes to cater our kid's graduation party. I had chosen Moe's because I've used them for work several times and appreciate how they set up the bar. Unfortunately I did not experience the same service during this delivery. The woman who delivered just dropped everything on a table and left. We had to run after her to get her to set it up. She didn't take any care with the set up, there was no rhyme or reason just stuff kind of thrown in, we had to run across the street to our house to get a lighter as she was not prepared to light the burners. She also did not remove the plastic wrap so our food sat heating with plastic wrap on it for about 45 min, luckily it didn't melt into the food. We also received all the soft taco shells just in bags not even placed on the bar. The food itself was good, except the chips which were stale, but the delivery and set up fell short and was very disappointing.

Order delivery for the first time. Food was amazing. However, the chips didn’t taste the greatest. The green salsa was horrible. I would not recommend at all. They don’t give you enough salsa for all the chips they give you anyway. But I would not recommend the chips and salsa. Aside from that the food itself was very good. I had a steak bowl.

I hope this message finds you well.

I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for Dave, your former manager. His warm greetings, impeccable cleanliness, and dedication to excellence made every visit memorable. Under his leadership, the food quality was outstanding, and the team's efficiency was remarkable.

While the current manager is commendable, I find myself visiting less frequently, missing the unique atmosphere Dave cultivated. Moreover, during my recent visits, I have overheard other patrons expressing similar sentiments while waiting in line. Also, my girl gang has stopped visiting on Sundays.

I kindly request you to consider bringing Dave back. His presence significantly enhanced the dining experience, and I believe many patrons would welcome his return.

Do not go here around 7 PM. The service is awful. We stood in line for 10 minutes while the cook just stood there and cleaned his grill instead of asking us. How can we serve you? And the girl who was working did the same thing they were worried about online orders instead of the people coming in and waiting in line. Then we asked if there was more queso Their response was you have to wait 20 minutes for it. If you know, you are out of queso, you should have an extra One on deck. I have worked in retail many of years. When you have someone in line you step up and ask them how can you help. But no, the cook always is worried about his grill and was cleaning it five times while we were waiting in line. We just walked out instead of paying for our food because the surface was awful. Not only that the girl who was serving us, was putting one scoop each of everything in a bowl. I’ve been to many other Moes And they don’t put just one scoop in.

Food was good, guac and salsa were fresh, the chips were awesome as usual, and serving sizes are still generous. One of the two Freestyle machines wasnt working and the other was out of the Moes Rita, which I had been looking forward to. One of the servers was a little edgy with customers, but I think he was new and it looked like a group of HS students had just gone through before we arrived. The facility itself was in rough shape. The serving area needed a thorough cleaning, lights in the seating area and salsa bar were burned out, trash can door hanging open, and the men's bathroom was quite dirty all around.
