The portions they are giving out are criminal. I’m not asking for extra or trying to hack anyone. They refuse to give you a full spoonful. Since this group got taken over in the last year, the quality and quantity has gone down to absolutely nothing. This establishment should be closed immediately. And how they handled their promotion. Yesterday was embarrassing.

Staff wouldn't communicate anything til after my purchase of a half full bowl. They then said, oh we can't sell the steak because corporate said so.The food is garbage and flavorless which is a huge let down. I was hoping if they were skimping on portions it would st least be flavorful.

Ordered easily through the app to pick up our order in store. It was ready by the pick up time, I was greeted with a smile and the food was DELICIOUS!!! Will definitely be back!

Why is this location still operating? I normally visit Moe’s York. Fantastic! The must be owned by different owners because this location is horrible. Buy one get one free coupon was accidentally redeemed a little too early upon talking to customer service just needs to reset in system. This location made our food and took it back and threw it out even though coupon would work shortly. That’s none of my business but why would you waste food on something like that? Other locations no problem. What kills me is there were people in line with similar coupons and it was not a problem for them. Hmmmm. super unfriendly and Portions were smaller anyway.

Came in today to get chips and a few sides and I’m just kind of disgusted. The chips were stale and rancid, the guacamole was spoiled, and the salsa tasted like it had been sitting in the tub for two days. The only thing I trusted was the queso which I watched the employee pour out of the bag. The service was also extremely poor and my feet stuck to the floor. This location should be shut down or hire better management as it has severely declined over the years. I spent about $8 and I trashed everything and still can’t get the stale chip taste out of my mouth.

Cashier was doing her best, seemed like the guys on the line were over it. One of them put a quesadilla into the press for the customer before me and they forgot about it.... if the girl on cash register didn't notice it was missing I don't know if they would've even known it was in the press. Literally she asked who put it in the press and they both said I don't know.... there was only us and one other party in line so it wasn't busy. Seems like this location is going downhill and we give it a chance every few months and everytime we remember why we haven't gone back in a while.

T-mobile gave me a coupon for buy one burrito get one free.I attempted to place an online order, but their website had an issue where certain items would ring in at 0.00$. Then when you go to checkout you get an "Error validating Basket" error. I emailed support about this and they said it meant that location isn't accepting online orders due to "supply chain shortages and understaffing."I then went into the store to buy two burritos. As I walked in the restaurant was empty. It was just me and two employees. I walked up to the counter to see two employees talking while one was refilling meats at the counter. I then stood three feet from these two employees staring at them, as they continued to talk and refill ingredients for over 5 minutes. Neither said a word to me.Eventually I was asked what I wanted and they took my order, I got to the register to pay. I told him I had a coupon for buy one get one free, and handed the employee my phone with the QR code up. He scanned it and handed it back to me, then proceeded to charge full price.I didn't notice this till I was home. I didn't ask for a receipt because I don't feel the need to add paperwork to a burrito purchase but I should have. When I checked my bank statement, I was charged over 22$ for two burritos.I opened the app to see if I could still use my discount code and it said it was already used. All that I ordered was two Homewrecker burritos with nothing else, and no extra toppings.Moe's stole 11$ from me yesterday, and I have found out 11$ is all it takes for me to never visit your restaurant again.Instead go to Neato Burrito. They have better burritos, and competent staffing

Terrible food. Usually like moes but the quesadilla was undercooked and cold. Chips were stale. Staff was rude and didn’t care about the customer. Never going back to this location again. Please stay away from this

Moes in Harrisburg should be shut down.Utterly ridiculousOrdered a chicken bowl...I got a bowl but you'd have thought the ingredients were made of gold. Bowl wasn't even half full.I mean come on, rice is one of the cheapest things...throw an extra scoop just make it look like it's full....below is what they called a chicken bowl. Looks more like a salad.....and when I asked for beans, they wouldn't even put half a spoonful on.I used to love Moes....never again...and this isnt the first time it was bad. I was convinced to give them another shot and this experience was worse than ever before.Thankfully it was raining when I left to clean off the bottom of my shoes from the sticky mess they call a floor ?
