I ordered a pizze for pickup on thursday, guy that picks up immediately asks “what do you want”, i state a medium pepperoni pizza please. Then he responds ok in 20 minutes. Doesn’t take my name, not sure what just happened. I was hoping when I got in there would be at least some basic common courtesies. Woman at counter sees me come in and says may I help you in an upset tone. I asked for the pizza I ordered and left. No manners no niceties. It doesn’t hurt being kind.

WE HAD SUBS, ROLLS WERE REALLY FRESH AND THEY EVEN HEATED MY TURKEY AND PROVOLONE SUB. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT AND EMPLOYEES WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND NICE. PRICES ARE AVERAGE, WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

Usually Naples cheesesteak Strombolis are delicious, my favorite, but the one I got on Monday was terrible. The cook got an attitude when he got the order for it. I wish this Naples was more consistent with the quality of food.

While killing time between appointments I stopped in for the 1st time. I ordered a 12" sub and a slice of meat livers pizza. It was ,by far, the best tasting pizza I've ever had and the sub was absolutely delicious. Everything was fresh, clean, fast, and friendly. I'm not from that area but I'll be back and will absolutely be eating here again. I can't wait to explore other items from their menu. I never leave reviews, but their food was so good I felt I had to.....Well done Naples!

My fiancé and I just moved here recently and have been looking for a good pizza spot… we’ve tried a few in the area that were so bland it was like eating cardboard. SO so so happy we found this place. The pizza is delicious and flavorful and the cheesesteak Stromboli is amazing!! ? I never leave reviews but I had to for this place, it’s that good. This will be our go to spot from now on!
I placed an order for two subs via Slice. After an hour and a half of no food, I contacted Slice who was told by Naples that the driver is on their way. The Slice app told me the driver was on the way 20 minutes prior which is why I contacted them, so I called Naples myself and the young lady on the phone was extremely rude and told me they only have one driver and she just sent him out the door. According to the app he had been on his way for 20 minutes already. I live less than 10 minutes from the restaurant , so I told her I wanted to cancel my order and I wanted a refund and she told me I needed to contact Slice. So I contacted Slice again and they told me that it was up to the restaurant if I get the refund and Naples was declining the refund because they already made the food. I will be disputing this with my bank in the morning as I never received any food, my bill was $27 and change for two medium subs that could not be made and delivered in an hour and a half when I live less than 10 minutes away this service is unacceptable. So Naples is not willing to refund me my money because they couldn’t handle their volume and make two subs in an hour and a half and have them delivered and somehow I’m supposed to eat that $27. I will never return and perhaps the young lady on the phones should take some customer service classes, or get out of the business .

Could this place use a good cleaning? Yes. Would it be helpful if there was a visible menu somewhere in the store? Probably. Once you've tried the pizza, will you care about any of the above? Nope. Outstanding pizza. Big, foldable slices, absolutely delicious. Get the pizza. You'll be happy.
