I had given 5 stars before. Good service, good food.I recently had a delivery issue and it turns out it was my fault. They bent over backwards for me at cost to them.They have my appreciation and respect. Ordering again right now!

The "new" 2nd st wok has gone downhill, the food hasn't been as good the last 2 times I ordered. The fried rice is tasteless and the bbq pork very greasy. I arrived to pick up my order and the woman who looks right at me but decides to answer the ringing phone - then proceeds to literally have a conversation instead of getting my order that was sitting there getting cold. It was so hot in the place and with the mask i decided to wait outside for a few mins. When I go back in she is still on the phone, looks right at me again and continues her conversation. I finally said excuse me to someone else walking by and that person made her get off the phone and get my order.. really?!?! And the food was not great for the 3rd time and for the 3rd time they did not include the egg roll that goes with the lunch combo - goodbye!

They forgot my soup.... the fried chicken was feathery, the chicken in my wife's chicken fried rice was wasn't cooked all the way, the fortune cookie was stale, my Thai peanut chicken was watery and tasteless... I will never order from this place again..... Absolutely one of the worst places to eat

I’ve ordered from this place frequently in the past but I will no longer. I was in there the other day and I could tell the counter lady had an attitude. I say this only to explain that I believe it was a deliberate sabotage of my food because they were acting weird as hell. When I got my order home it was wrong and smelled of rotting seafood, like it was sitting out all day. I order the same thing so I know how it should be prepared and what quality to expect. The food was so bad that I felt attacked personally. All my food was made so horribly, I threw it in the trash and ate oodle and noodles.

Just plain nasty.Ordered a chicken kun Pao. There Wasn’t any chicken meat but chicken skin. Nasty !

THEY WILL NEVER GET MY MONEY AGAIN!!! The food is good BUT customer service goes a looooooooooong way! The delivery driver has a really nasty attitude that needs to change. Got me on here writing a review when I don’t even write reviews.

Took almost an hour for 2 orders of dumplings and an order of crab lol mein. Over half the dumplings were burned, and the crab lol mein had absolutely no flavor, plus the noodles were way overcooked. To top it off there weren't any fortune cookies in the bag. Best part if the meal was the soda that I ordered with it. Gave 2 stars because the food was at least edible.

The delivery man is seriously rude. I gave him the payment, he didn't believe it, aggressively (after he gave me my food) searches for the receipt in the bag and basically threw the receipt back to me. There's no reason for that.

My family and I order from here once or twice a month and its delicious. Delivery is always hot and fresh when we receive it. The wonton soup is perfect everytime I order it. I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars because the food and staff are amazing.
