Other than a bit pricey, everything is 5 star! The appetizer, entrée, dessert, and the cocktail. Very friendly staff and fancy interior. Small in size, but staff was still on the move the entire time to service guest.

Made a reservation for Sunday brunch. When I showed up, they didn’t even care and said we could sit wherever and pointed in the direction of two 4-tops. We were about to sit at one of those when she said that she meant one of the smaller tables (for 2) just in case larger parties came in. So we moved to one of those. Turns out, those tables were never filled until right before we walked out the door, so that was off putting.
The food was very good although the portion size for the chocolate ganache crepe seemed very disproportionate to the price.
The bathroom is down the stairs into the basement. A bit dungeony.

Been here a few times and it never disappoints. Picked up the seared rabbit, mussels, and crème brûlée on our most recent visit and it was all 10/10. To top it off - great friendly service with a casual up scale vibe to go along with our glass of wine. Recommend for a keep the kids at home and go out on the town night!
Note Wine Bar is excellent! Food, Cocktails, Service, Ambience are all wonderful. The food is amazing and unique and the staff is knowledgeable and beyond friendly. I highly recommend Note.

Driving down from the finger lakes to Baltimore we wanter a dinner stop in Harrisburg and found "Note" using Google maps. It was set in a quiet residential area northwest of downtown with nice outdoor seating. In the late afternoon there was shade to be had and we enjoyed a delicious cocktail followed by a wonderful dinner at sunset.
On street parking was available a short walk away. There were some families with small kids outside with us and all were enjoying themselves trying the different foodie tastes.
The mussels and scallops were especially good.
