Took my baby out eat,Server did not greet us,nor smile she was very direct straight to the menu.Her food came 30 mins late and the entire was wrong also.

I even offer to buy the wrong g entree she tells me No! Just mean with sharp tongue the potions were amall5for a child too eat.

Only thing I eat today was eggplant parmesan with pasta. 100% I got food poisoning from here.

Waited 15 minutes or so for a seat. No problem. Got our utensils(some were dirty with caked on food). Waited 30-40 minutes, and no one even came for a drink order. We left.

We were told 33 minutes wait time after 40 mins, asked the greeter how long do we have to wait to be seated, 5 minutes later they seated us 33 min turned into 45 min, we were seated in a area where there no waitress in that area, we were told this by the manager, people in after us and got waited on right away. So we left, it the worst place to eat

Very busy Sunday night. Waitress kept us busy with drinks and salad and soup while the kitchen was catching up.

Dined in about 3:30 today .We were greeted and seated by two nice young ladies .We sat about 30 minutes at our table watched as a couple was seated in front of us .The waitress waited on the other table within minutes of being seated as we sat there overlooked . We did leave as no one came to wait on us even after waiting on the newly seated table .

Highly disappointed with this visit. It was my son’s birthday dinner. We had a 30 minute wait with an overage of unused tables. Our waitress was almost immediately annoyed with us because the Dr. Pepper tasted flat and we asked for new drinks, I also explained how it could of been from the flavoring tap (if it was new or old) and understood, she came back with new drinks and her hand on her hip and demanded we try the new drinks before she walked away. Mind you, my son was in such a hurry because of her and he had difficulty getting his straw opened. She was extremely bothered and made us feel uncomfortable, until it came time to clean up and tip. We left less than 10%. No need to treat a table any different because of an issue that was not their fault. We watched her be a decent server to other tables.

Also, the food made me entirely sick. I used the restroom twice and both times customers had diarrhea!

I always eat here when I can. The food is great and usually service is as well. But today I waited 30 MINUTES to be served while sitting at my table. The waitress (I later heard her name was Francis) that was supposed to serve me went to every table around me (more people) and never ONCE stopped at mine. Finally an apologetic server (His name was Jeff) stop by to give me a drink and take my order after 4 total servers, including the one assigned to me, ignored me. I'm very thankful for Jeff and will reconsider coming back anytime soon. I would give more grace if it wasn't for the fact that the restaurant was not very busy and multiple groups came after me and got service before me!🙄

I had a really enjoyable experience today! The service was fantastic – friendly and attentive. We were seated quickly with barely any wait time, which was a pleasant surprise

The food was exactly what you would expect from Olive Garden. Everything was fresh and flavorful, and the portions were generous. Good breadsticks and the salad was fresh.

Overall, it was a solid meal and a great choice for a casual and satisfying dining experience. If you're looking for a reliable spot with good food and efficient service, this will do.

The server seemed distracted and took a long time to come give us refills. Otherwise , everything else was good!
