Started off, restaurant was nearly empty & we had to sit & wait for a table. Lots of empty clean tables but we had to wait for them to clean tables in an empty place. 3 other patrons had to wait. Not my problem not enough workers scheduled. When I ordered my coffee, it came in a paper cup. Was told there were no clean dishes. Personally, this all seems lame to me.How can you have no clean cups at 3 in the afternoon.? When we were leaving, another elderly couple came in & again had to stand around & wait in an empty restaurant. Were told they were trying to find them a table. Do you know how ridiculous that sounds and looks in an almost empty restaurant. Get your act together. Also, no mints for my garlic breath. Sad. Won’t go back for quite a while. Too many other restaurants around to have to be waiting.
Great place, excellent services, delicious food.

Our server was nice!
Other than that- the worst restaurant experience i’ve EVER had! The second I walked in, i should’ve turned around. A horrendous vinegar-blue cheese smell permeated my nose to the point it burned. I thought it was wafting over from the kitchen, but it was present throughout the entire restaurant, even in the corner in the back where i was seated! Fine. After 10 minutes i managed to gaslight myself into thinking the smell was gone. After receiving our room temperature drinks, we got our calamari appetizer. Not horrible, but finding two (2!) mozzarella sticks in the sauce didn’t really make up for the soggy breading. I ordered the chicken alfredo in an attempt to keep it simple. Turns out- it didn’t matter. The bland, buttery sauce was slathered all over my pasta that clearly was cooked hours ago; and even a little burnt in some places! If you manage to burn pasta you should be psychologically evaluated before entering any kitchen EVER! The dry chicken breast wasn’t worth picking out from inbetween the pasta, so i just went home and had a bowl of cereal.
I felt bad for our server, so after two bites i asked for a to-go box. But honestly, i wanted my entire plate to-go-into-the-trash.
My advice: Fire the chefs and buy some febreze. Or just sell it and build a popeyes in its place.

Went to dinner on 7/12 and service was as horrible. Couldn’t get a spoon for soup, couldn’t get refills or a new order of the endless soup. Customers around us were having similar issues. Managers were avoiding the area so as not to deal with customers in the impacted sections. Will reconsider before going again to this location. Would give less than 1 star for service if I could.
