Called my food in over the phone they accepted my order told them im coming in my uber so I need it to be ready and they said ok and I get there and no food was ready and there response was I didn’t think you were coming 😮‍💨😅 unbelievable why even answer the phone

The food is TOP TIER for a quick dinner option the service is fast and efficient, Hey your food and keep moving......and thats ok, they are in a nearly zombie mall.....but the keep the lot full....dont be afraid to pop in and try them out.

Located in the mall's food court section this place is truly a hidden gem. The mall itself is dead but this place is thriving! Great portions at great prices, the chicken, pork, and beef teriyaki are all amazing.

So I been going here for many years. It wasn’t until 2023 I noticed something different. The meat? What is it teriyaki chicken? Is it really chicken I have to ask myself. It doesn’t taste like chicken and it’s very thick these owners are serving us rat! I know for fact now because it happened to me twice now. Like I said it started back in 2023 when I first realized this every time I eat their food I get food poisoning so I stopped for almost a year and a half. I said I wasn’t gonna eat their any more so the other day my friends were in town and said hey let’s go to Osaka. I agreed and I made a mistake because now it’s 4 am and I’m paying for it. I have diarrhea and a very upset stomach I feel terrible and that’s all I ate. There charging outrageous prices for cat and rat food. I know something is off with the meat because I shouldn’t be waking up in the middle of the night with flames coming out my butt. So with that being said if you don’t want diarrhea or to feel nauseous or need to get your stomach pumped do not eat at Osaka! Eat at your own risk all they care for is your money not your health and they look you in they face knowing what there doing! So I’d advise everyone who goes to the Colonial Park Mall do not eat there unless you wanna be sick like me. Pray I make it through this because I feel like knots are in my stomach because My digestive system cannot break this food down. I’m only 25 years of age and I know for a fact I shouldn’t feel this way. I haven’t felt like this since the last time I ate there and I told my self I wouldn’t thanks friends for deciding to go to Osaka. I promise this is my last time going to this sick place might be going to the hospital hopefully not. Thanks for reading. Be careful and make smart food decisions.
