Lettuce is wilted and slimy, I was given a container for dressing with no dressing in it. Absolutely disappointed, especially coming from someone who used to work at Panera.

What has happened to Panera? The food has gone downhill for the last few years, I don’t even recognize it as Panera anymore. No more freshly baked bread, microwaved garbage food, and the prices going up while rewards have gone down. Another private equity firm has ruined a once good thing. Not going back.

This is the worst Panera Bread I've ever visited. The general manager is so rude and unprofessional; I felt like I was speaking to a teenager when interacting with her. This location is also very dirty compared to the location on Jonestown Rd. Driving an extra 10mins out of my way is worth it!

So I hit the drive through for my wife and used her phone number for rewards. Kyan was super professional in attempting use my wife’s name with me as the customer making it a masculine Andrea into Mr. And-rea I got a great laugh and so did he! I hope to see him work his way up the ranks quickly as I will never forget this experience! Panera and I are family now!!!

Have been noticing every time I order delivery from this location, the food is definitely not fresh. Pretty evident that the food is from the day or two days before; salads are wilted and not crispy, soups are ultra thick and tasteless. Sandwiches are bland and don’t taste like they did in the past. Please don’t underestimate your customers ability to know that the food is not fresh and up to par. You need to do better with the quality of the food that you deliver.

This Panera is spacious and clean.

Ordered two blue berry bagels with cream cheese twice. The bagels were hard like a stone on both occasions. When I tried to slice them I could not saw through them with my knife. Very poor quality, and inedible. I’d also ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup almost $9 and the bowl was filled with chicken broth 2 circle shaped carrots and 4 total spiral noodles out of the entire bowl. I was in complete shock and was livid. I no longer trust this location and I have no plans to buy any more over priced old/badly handled food.

Why even bother taking orders if you’re not going to include all the items I paid for? This is outright theft. It’s ridiculous that you can’t manage to put just four items in a bag. Everyone, please check your order before leaving—they’re scamming customers!

Edit: there is absolutely no meat in the sandwich
