Panera Bread

Ordered online for drive thru pick up. Cashier was more interested in lecturing me to specify next time if the order is ti be picked up at drive-thru or in store. It shouldn't matter! Paid for 2 pasteries, but only one was included. No silverware. Sandwich was a greasy horrible mess!

Fromage sandwich was excellent!

Food is fine but for the life of the staff, they cannot consistently arrange a straightforward order correctly. Missing items - always check your bag. I'll be avoiding this location.

I love Panera Bread. They allow me to sip, eat, and work remotely from sun up to sundown. Best for workaholics and a meal. I greatly recommend them for quick, good food.

What is the point of ordering on your app for delivery at a future time to only not have any updates or communication? The order is canceled and still no communication. I would not be informated if I didn't call almost an hour after order was supposed to be completed. What is the point of using the app and it then goes to door dash? Not first time using the app for delivery and having issue. I may have to rethink using again

I had a terrible experience at this Panera tonight. I was the 1st person in the drive thru line and ordered 2 pick 2s for my husband and I. The cashier was kind and went to even check and confirm that there was a bread bowl for my order. After ordering I confirmed my order at the window, then waited almost 5 minutes and was asked again which order I had before I was told to pull ahead to wait for my food as 2 or 3 other cars pulled in behind me. After being parked in the waiting spot for a few minutes another car pulled up next to me. After waiting another 15+ minutes all of the other vehicles were gone and I was still waiting. It took another 5-10 minutes to bring my food which made my total wait time 25-30 minutes. When the cashier finally brought my food out, he apologized because they had given the bread bowl set aside for my order to another customer. Then to top it off, a portion of my order was wrong when I arrived home... I'm extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this location.

It lacks in service waited for half an hour for our order and instead of apologizing the front desk staff just makes face and tells you that its just we are super busy. This place is usually not clean and needs more staff to keep orders moving.

Stopped for dinner and tried the new dippers sandwiches. Had the steak on Ciabatta bread, wouldn't fit in the dipping cup. Maybe cut in half or quarters maybe?

WARNING WARNING NEVER USE THE DRIVE THRU YOU MAY GET TRAPPED FOR A LONG TIME. Also beware of the curb this is the worst drive thru ever once you get in line you are trapped unless you drive over the curb and this place is super slow like as slow as a sit down restaurant. So basically just avoid this place unless you have an hour to spare.
