Horrible experience. Only one person working and she kept us waiting for 10 minutes. They had hardly any food, exceptionally slow service, no coffee, and no one cared at all. Don’t go to this location.

Slow service. The Manager was dressed sloppy. Several employees were standing aroun d just talking when they could have been cleaning or replenishi g supplies. Poor service.

My husband and I came in for dinner thinking it would be a better experience this time. As is happening everywhere, the prices are climbing higher, but the product is not getting better. They never have everything we order. When I say never, I mean each time we come in something has to be substituted...no baguettes, they were out of whatever the bread/roll was for my husband's steak sandwich, they made the wrong Asiago bagels so they offered me two sandwiches. I took only one, but I appreciated the offer. Our soup was hot and tasty, but I'd like to come in one time and get everything we order. We have decided we are giving Panera a rest. It will be a while until we return.

The staff is exemplary. The only issue I encounter with this establishment is the general manager, who is quite unprofessional and intolerable. Her manner of conduct is unacceptable, and the rest of the staff is equally disrespectful. The hospitality aspect is excellent and pleasant, but it's important to note that we must always agree to the show. We should be present at the door or others.

Was terrible, extremely high prices, and very slow service, and the sandwiches were very small and the tables were dirty. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else ,it isn't worth your time or money to go to panera bread, overall it was a terrible experience, I will never step into that place again..!!!😡🤯
