Bread was so stale it was literally hard. I asked for a fresh piece and was told that the “bread wasn’t made well today” and that they don’t have any non-stale bread to give me. I spent $15 on a meal only to have stale bread. This place is a joke! Save your money.

Called in my lunch order today and when I pulled up to pick up my food they did not have it prepared and there was a miscommunication with the one who took the call and myself. The manager Dillion jumped right in and took care of the problem. Knowing that I was on time restraints he was apply to complete my order quickly and with great quality. This was the Panera at High Point Commons in Harrisburg, Pa. I just want to thank The manager Dillion for such a great job on keeping a customer happy and I will definitely be coming back to this Panera Bread.

Over an hour late, ordered and paid for double chicken salad, there was less than normal serving size anywhere else
Horrible experience. Only one person working and she kept us waiting for 10 minutes. They had hardly any food, exceptionally slow service, no coffee, and no one cared at all. Don’t go to this location.
