Ordered my food on the app. Food was ready when I arrived. I open my sandwich and there's 2 slices of turkey on each half and almost no bacon at all. Worse sandwich I've ever gotten at a panera.

First time visiting this location and probably the nicest and best Panera I've ever been to. Super modern store with really nice decor and it was clean! Remember when the Panera manager used to walk around and ask all the customers how the food and service was? They actually do that here! And the food was great! I was pleasantly surprised by coming here to eat on this day because it was a nice restaurant and good value. This will be the number one Harrisburg area Panera for me.

We had a late lunch before heading to the Final Rodeo at the Farm Show. I had a Gift Certificate and to start I was impressed that lunch for 2 was around $22.00. We had the Avocado Bacon Melt and cup of Autumn Squash cream soup. Both delicious but if I were to choose, I loved the soup.We were given an electronic device to get our food at a window when the device buzzed but because they were not very busy, someone brought it at our table. Thank you!I noticed most tables were designed to accommodate a wheelchair at the table.The restaurant was clean, including clean bathroom. An overall good experience!

I have always loved this place till my last two visits. Inventory is always low and today they probably had less than a dozen bagels at 10:45 and no Asiago. The bagels in my last two orders were too dark and over baked. They closed the drive-thru which was disappointing. Also, when I went in there were like 4-5 people in the kitchen and one manager in the baking area but was completely ignored when standing at the counter. When requesting service the managers reaction was annoyed at us. I also tried ordering on app and it made it seem like they had no bagels or pastries. I was there at 10:45 and was told that we were too late for breakfast sandwiches when I was told it ended at 11. When I asked why I was met with silence. When I got my Chai tea I discover they put way too much syrup in it and it was Luke warm and undrinkable. I also noticed the floor by filthy by the drink area and wet. I really believe they need training or better management.

The food was delicious. I had the Green Goddess Caprese, which is one of my favorites. It was very well made - absolutely delicious. I also ordered the Baja Bowl to-go for a friend, which of course I tasted. It was really good also. I will probably order it for myself next time.
