I have tried to go to this location for the last couple days. Drive thru is always blocked by a Jeep and doors have been locked. I don't dislike Panera but this location has not been good since day 1!

I want to give a BIG shout out for Cali. I saw her being harrassed by a very nasty customer, and she reacted very professionally and kindly. She was absolutely amazing. I was shocked at the rudeness, yet she kept calm and her voice quiet. WOW! What an asset she is to that Panera Bread.

Four out of the last five times I've been to this location to grab a rapid pick up order, the doors have been locked and I've been instructed to wait at the drive through. Please reflect your actual services in the app before checkout.

Panera is my one stop ppace for food. I like their freshly made bagels for breakfast, Their chicken sandwiches are a great selection for Lunch and they have wonderful Salads and flatbreat pizzas. Nice place with Friendly Staff. Their Brownie is one of the best i ever had.

Stay away! Don’t go here. Staff this place or close it. And make sure your services are reflected on the app! It say rapid pickup available but ended up waiting fifteen minutes to get thru the drive in for a “rapid” pickup. Such a crock. The door is always locked and they make you sit there until the people in front get their orders!

Website and door says open until 9pm on Sundays yet here I am on Sunday at 8pm and the parking lot is empty and the store closed! No signage to indicate closing early. Terrible business practice.

Toasted bagels thrown into paper bag without wrapping first; wrong type of cream than what I ordered. Not very good experience. For the price they're charging, paying closer attention to details/customer service goes without saying. Not likely to go there again.

Save your money! Used to be great. But now they use iceberg lettuce for a $10 salad. UNIMPRESSED. Chick-fil-A has healthier salads.
Came here for lunch and this was my first time. I used the kiosk at the store. I found it very difficult to navigate this screen. There were a couple of seniors who were there also had a very hard time navigate that I personally spent time to help them. I ordered soup because it was the easiest thing I could order that actually went through. My meal was great. Hopefully they can obtain some additional help. I love the overall design of the store and the high tables

I love this Panera Bread! Ever since they opened, they have been a quick go-to on those nights we just don't feel like cooking. We order ahead on the app, and this staff is always so super friendly when they bring it out to the car. They have given us a few surprise yummy goodies in our bags every now and then, too! I am so glad this location is so close to us and we will be going back on a regular basis.

this is the worst panera bread ever! I ordered breakfast to be delivered, and the delivery person arrived hand carrying all stuff with bare hand with no bagging, is this serious?Worse, the orange juice came almost expired, with the bottle bulging, the kids tastes it and it was really bad. I tried it and had to throw it away.Are you not seeing it that the juice is bad and you are still selling it to your customers?

Do not order drive through. We sat in line for 10 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of us. After placing our order we were told to go wait in the numbered drive up spots it would be about 5 minutes till our food came. After 35 minutes our food finally came out. The food was good though.
