When you get there the ladies rude the food is bad the bread taste like cat litter and I promise you just go there and watch how the cheese don't even melt you got one worker there in the manager don't even wash your hands is like a dirty landlord they got hired just to watch a store

I tried a lot of pizza places and found that the pizza sucks. My grandchildren told me to try Papa John’s on dairy Street. This is my store now. They have the best pizza that I’ve ever eaten. Great job guys.

ABSOLUTELY the worst experience dealing with this PaPa John’s location. Tiffany starts my experience off by answering the phone with the most dreadful tone like being there is the worst thing ever to happen to her. I accidentally placed an order online and put cash instead of card I called in to see if I could pay it by card. She answered extremely short with an attitude and said “No it’s all ready out” I said I have been on the phone for a half hour already if you guys would have picked up I would have caught it before it went out. Tiffany then says with an attitude “ yea well we’re busy” I say okay there isn’t anything I can do to pay for this order over the phone so the guy isn’t wasting a trip and food? Tiffany says “NO” loud and ignorant! And HUNG THE PHONE UP ON A CUSTOMER!!! I then called back to ask for the manager. I got CJ and good lord now I see why Tiffany acts the way she does! She 10xs worse! I told her I don’t like the way Tiffany handled my call. She said “ she doesn’t have time for this” and hung the phone up on me. The poor delivery guy got her I told him I tried to pay for the order and no one could help me. They didn’t even call him to tell him not to waste a trip out here if they weren’t going to let me pay for it. AGAIN WORST PAPA JOHNS AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED FROM A FAST PIZZA JOINT! Management needs to change and Tiffany needs fired or sent to customer service Training ! This night we ordered from Pizza Hut! If in the Future we decide to order again we will choose another PAPA John’s location! HORRIBLE!

Tried Papa Johns again after a 20 year break. I doubt I'll ever give them another try. Ordered 1/2 pepperoni 1/2 plain. Easy enough. Received 2/3 pepperoni 1/3 plain. Seriously, there must be a rule you can't take off what's already on. And the plain side had pepperoni in it that had to be picked off. The "4th" slice was so small a toddler would be wanting more. Any other pizza place is better.

Saw their advertisements for New York style Pizza so I thought I'd try it. The crust was too thick and not really how I remember New York pizza. It tasted okay just not what I was expecting.

Old lady at the front blamed my husband for getting threatened and called the cops on him. Yeah I called corporate, yeah I'm getting your job. You don't need to be in customer service if you explode and yell at people. My husband is not going to beg you to take his money and your food is awful.

Ordered delivery from this location and we had a bit of a mishap with DoorDash delivery which the manager was quick to remedy, issuing a refund and getting us the food we ordered very quickly thereafter! Thank you to the manager and staff here, we will 100% be ordering from this location going forward!!

I just want to say I am disgusted with the service. I ordered 8 pies online at noon and put a drop off time for 4:15 they decided to drop off within the hour. I explained I ordered it for 4:15 they took the pizza back. I received my pies at the time requested and they thought I wouldn’t notice that it was the same pizza from hours ago they just warmed up!!!! The pizza came looking old and burnt!!!! Close to 100$ on old pizza to receive old n burnt pizza.
Customer service is awful. They had forgotten part of my order, when I called I asked for either a refund or the rest of my order to be delivered, she said she will refund what wasn’t delivered. About an hour later I started receiving phone calls from the store and then received another phone call from an unknown phone number and then received a very rude text message from Mark. I don’t appreciate employees getting my phone number after my order had been delivered & we reached a resolution for the missing order. In the text message he said that he would not be delivering the rest of the order because he didn’t get paid for my order? They said I am black listed, as well lol
