Today I ordered a large Shaqaroni with a 2 L cherry Pepsi at 4:46. My pizza arrived to my home at 6:23 cold with a person who was not able to speak English and wasn’t trying to give me change back from my purchase. He also did not give me my 2 L of cherry Pepsi. I’ve called the store 4 to 5 times now and can’t get a manager on the phone. I will never order from them again.

I placed an order online. $5 delivery fee. $3 tip. They didn't bring Pepsi. I called they offered refund ($3.69) or to bring back out when coming my way. I said bring back out no problem. Waited 2 hrs, nothing. Called back. They said no, but they will give refund. I explained to them situation and this is a loss for me. They said they will speak to general manager. Put me on hold then hung up. Would not receive call after. Awful service and similar reviews to mine. Needs to be inquired.

Pizza always goes out good. Only thing is every time I order delivery, they never seem to grab the 2-liter I pay for. Has happened on several occasions and every time I call and they just reimburse for the drink. That’s not the point. I pay $5! For delivery fee and I tip the drivers VERY well. It’s a waste if every time they don’t bring everything I purchased.

GREAT ALL AROUND. New to area. Take out food so far not so good. Tried Papa John's. Pizzas & sides pretty darn good. Wife LOVES the Brownies dessert. Deliveries to us are ALWAYS a hassle, new construction neighborhood. * Phillip *, Our Driver figured it our an found us fast and easy. Food hot and fresh, Driver nice young guy. Nicely done all around.

Overall the food wasn’t bad we got the family bundle two pizzas with stuffed crust the chicken Parmesan bites and two sodas the two star rating was because they forgot our drinks and the cheese on top of the pizza was burnt when called and said about the drinks, the manager was real understanding and said he’d send a driver back out with the drinks And I thought that was awesome but here I am an hour and a half later and they never delivered the drinks.

I ordered from this restaurant, and called because the food was not cooked correctly. The manager was rude, said he could not do anything about it. I ordered the food for delivery and even if I had went in, he said he wasn’t going to do anything because the cook said they were well done.
Absolutely a horrible experience. Will never get anything from here again.

I have never had problems at this location before. I went and ordered my pizza there as normal and when they rung it up the 2 pizzas were 40 bucks one was a shaqoroni and the ither plain large wit half pineapple. The person informed me you cant order a speciall at the restaraunt you have fo do it online. I asked howma large hLp pineapple was 20 bucks. Then when my shaqaroni came up they couldnt find my pizza an found it sittin by the end it goes into the pizza maker. What a fiasco my pizza party wont be from papa ohns again. I figured better to pay and leave than flip out. I shoulda just giot my money and went to giovaniis

The food , service and the overall place is great but papa John’s partnering with door dash to do delivery is a big no. I’ve had so many issues with food being hours late, cold and terrible service in general. Not the peoples fault working their but their partnership with door dash needs to stop
