There was one waitress who was very good, however the salad bar was awful. There were plenty of empty bowls and some of the food on the salad bar were dried out. The bar itself was dirty and needed cleaning. It wasn't until we said something to the waitress that someone actually came out and filled some of the bowls. Shame on the management cause it used to be a fresh and clean salad bar. The prices are outrageous. Won't be going there again.

I’ve ordered from this restaurant once via Grubhub and they just totally gave me the wrong meal. I ordered a certainpasta dish and received another dish. This is supposed to be the Parmesan shrimp pasta. Does not look like the photo.

Sadly, this was one of the worst experiences that we have ever had. After waiting for a very long time, not getting refills and the appetizer chips being stale, the food was brought and was terrible as well. We were basically ignored and when we asked for ketchup, the waitress replied " It's over there and pointed". We walked over to a station that said employees only and got a bottle of ketchup. Finally after realizing it wasn't getting any better, another waitress brought our ticket and we payed and left. There's was numerous other complaining about their experience as well. That was the worst $40 we've spent at a resturaunt and I can see now as to why Ruby Tuesday is struggling across the board. Didn't seem to have much staff as many these days but there wasn't much effort.

I ordered the Paremesan chicken Mac N Cheese from the Lebanon PA location and this was the worst pasta I have ever tasted in my life. It wasn't even traditional Mac N Cheese. It was literally penne pasta with microwaved shredded cheese on it. The pasta and chicken ratio was horrific as well. I got 5 pounds worth of "pasta" and a small peice of chicken that a toddler can finish within seconds. I would not recommend this food chain at all which is very disappointing considering I love pasta and been wanting a local pasta shop.EDIT: Completely forgot to mention I ordered the new york style cheesecake which is supposed to have a "blanket of strawberries". NOT A SINGLE ONE. Not even strawberry cream! This was the driest cheesecake I have ever had.

This Ruby Tuesday is one of our favorites in this area. We usually have had a good experience while dining in so we decided to try take out. We ordered one of their specials for the day..."buy one get one free"....Chicken Fresco. We added a second chicken breast for $2.00 extra, baked potato and broccoli. We substituted for an upcharge, the Roasted Tomato Soup. We both ate for about $18.00.Our food was packaged securely and lined with aluminum foil. We heated in the microwave with no problems. Servers were wearing masks and the restaurant was practicing "social distancing "with no one sitting at the bar. We need to support our local restaurants to keep them from closing. This restaurant gets my vote always!!

I haven’t eaten at Ruby Tuesday’s in a very long time. The salad bar was fresh and delicious as I remembered. We were a party of 3. We were all very satisfied with our meals. Our waitress was Tondal and we were quite happy with her service! I look forward to dining here again.
We actually set out looking for a Ruby Tuesday, we love the salad bars. My husband had a Bacon Cheeseburger which was mouthwatering, I had the smokey bbg chicken breast that was absolutely delicious and of course the salad bar.

I have always been a Ruby Tuesday fan but then it started going down hill! I went new year's day and everything was perfect. The salad bar was fresh and very good. Everything on the salad bar was filled to capacity. I ordered Bourbon chicken and everything was perfect. I do agree the prices have gone up because it was over $18.00 because I substituted the salad bar instead of another side. This meal was excellent and so was the service! Fabulous dining experience!!

No more cheddar biscuits and salad bar went up with rest of prices. Few things it had going for it are now gone. Wont be back. Bummer..

Went there about 5 so beat the crowd. Seated promptly and our server was there to get drink orders. Some of the best ribs I've ever had! So tender and "fall off the bone"! Great taste with the classic sauce. My wife had a burger that she really liked too. Server was attentive the place was clean. Atmosphere was good too. All in all a very nice dinner! Would recommend to anyone.
