No.1 pho I've ever tried so far. I'm serious. I really have a ranking list for pho restaurants I tried. Low price and big portion. Most importantly, soup is tasty.

They have the best phó in the area. The service is very fast and excellent! The staff is very kind and friendly. Amazing, authentic phó at a good price. Try the P8!

Best soup of all in Harrisburg hands down...and I visited most if not all vietnamese restaurants here in the Harrisburg area...?

It’s a different Pho restaurant now but still SO good. Best pho in central PA.

My mom and I would go there once in a month to relax and enjoy! I will often order the Pho soup in small size while my mom will get the large size. The soup tastes delectable! One of my favorite parts in the soup is the onions as it makes it more flavor able! Great, reasonable prices for the portion sizes and excellent services! Will definitely continue returning there!

I arrived not being a fan of Pho, and left saying this is delicious! Good menu, clean place, enjoyed the dining experience in Vietnamese food!

This place has shut down unfortunately. The food was very good. Pity.

This place appears to have closed down. The inside is in disarray; with boxes, canned items, cutlery everywhere. There are also no trespassing signs on the doors. Not the warmest welcome for unsuspecting customers.

P7 is the best but also wanted a better environment

Where We Are

Disappointed because I cant get vegan/vegetarian pho broth here. At any of the locations! It's sad and it would be a simple addition that would add a lot of bussiness. I eat at Kim's now.

Literally the best pho in Harrisburg. They clean with pine sol, which is not appropriate for a food facility and the smell has been overwhelming at times recently. This is not a fine dining experience. This is when you want to eat amazing food and not think about where it came from. Takeout portions are $10 (p9) and feed 2 people. Fast service, they don’t speak English so figure out the menu yourself. I eat here once a week on average, it can get really crowded but you can eat there on an hour lunch break with time to shop at the Asian market.
