It's only getting worse. Ordered a large three topping original pan. Paid extra for the crispy crust going even going as far as to request it be made well done. The pizza arrived undercooked. Half of it was supposed to be ham half of it was supposed to be pepperoni, literally three slices were just ham.
I wasn't going to write a review because we ended up eating it, but I am so tired of ordering food and having it come out at such a low quality! Things are too expensive to just accept subpar food from places making millions of dollars. It's a never-ending cycle of poorly paid workers making poorly made food and, as always, the consumer is the one who ultimately ends up bearing the burden of the backlash.

Spend almost 2 hours trying to get a pick up order at this location. Had to give them my order confirmation number and retell them what I had ordered then had to wait again so they could remake my order. Honestly the worst Pizza Hut to order from, I will never order from this location again.

Store has no business being open been waiting in parking lot for an hour for order placed 30 minutes before arrival.

I won’t be going back here. I got food poisoning from something I ate from this restaurant. Me and a friend got the big dinner box with a meat lover pizza, pepperoni pizza, breadsticks, and garlic Parmesan boneless wings. The wings barely had sauce on them, and the meat lover’s pizza looked like it was a pre made pepperoni pizza with all the ingredients dumped on top. Nothing stayed on the pizza while eating it and it was doughy. And like I said in the beginning, I ended up with food poisoning. Woke up at 4 AM vomiting. Upon looking into the reviews for this location, I found a review from an ex employee that mentions that the ingredients were always expired.
It's 20 minutes depending on when you order... but you need to wait 1 hour to pick up your order. They say they don't have employees. So you need a lot of patience. And if your children are hungry, it's better not to order...

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.. This place needs real help with training the employees. 5 to 6 people in the kitchen and still couldn't keep up with the orders. Then you got one female model that did nothing but stare at the food and yawn the whole entire time of my wait. Acting like there wasn't any work to be done.. she should get fired.. all I know is that. This place should just close down. With the amount of customers that walked out and left. They must be throwing more food than selling cause people got tired of waiting.. Never again will I order here..

I love Pizza Hut, but I chose this location because I thought I could dine in. Unfortunately, the dining area is closed and is being used for storage. Dame great food, though. I was just nostalgic for that 90s Pizza Hut experience.
