If I can give this place 0 stars I would. I came in this place with my family, & as soon as we got in it was empty & 2 workers. We then proceed to order and eat in the dining room. They messed up our order first. Then they didn’t cut the pizza correctly, didn’t give us no plates, utensils, they had none to offer as well. When they deilevered the pizza to our table we said thank you to the young white American dude with glasses that had headphones on while working & he proceeded to ignore us. We asked for boxes, he tossed them at my aunt & was being very rude. Don’t come to eat here. I used the bathroom before I left & I seen 2 baby roach roaches run across the floor when I turned on the light. That was my last straw. Just unbelievable … do better Pizza Hut!

Worst customer service. Where is the manager. He threw plates and cups at me. Had to use a plate to cut my pizza.. pizza was disgusting false advertisement on the price to have plates thrown at me saying he’s busy. One person in the lobby

Called in my order. Picked up the order, only to find there were few, if any meats on my supreme pizza, and the grated cheese packets I requested when I got there wasn't grated or cheese, but rather THE SPICIEST OF PEPPERS!! On top of that, when I called in to (kindly) point out their mistakes, I was greeted with ignorance. No wonder there's rarely anyone at this pizza hut. Worse part: they're the better of the two left in the area! 😭😭😭

Ordered pickup through the app on a Saturday night. Walked in the restaurant to find a line of 7 people also picking up, and only one person working the front counter. Orders were ready in the warmers, and the crew member was tied up on the phone taking an order while we all waited. Also, the parking lot is in horrible shape. Rough asphalt with potholes and an extreme angle of descent out to the road, is in desperate need of attention. Obviously understaffed, yet my application was denied. Seems they would rather hire incompetent and slow adolescents.

Ok since moving here a month and half ago we have tried TWICE to get food from here The first time the order took over an hour The employees are rude as hell and one of them looked like she was strung out on drugs The second time we ordered door dash, prayed that it was not the same Pizza Hut Has to cancel the order bc first it was no breadsticks then few mins later , mind u dd is still waiting 25 mins … there’s now no 2 liters of soda Called up there twice and was left on hold both times. How the place is still open idk … never ever again

Pretty much as expected. Still can be hit or miss. On food quality and service! But, all things considered they’re trying. Still convenient to commute home and worth rolling the dice for every once and awhile. 🤟🏻
Food was good, drove from perry county to get it when i was craving bread sticks and stuffed crust pizza. Not the employees' fault but the prices are insane here even if it is for carry out. It looked very dark in the building, but the male employee was kind.

This pizza was 20 minutes late ( carry out time given on phone when ordered ) , the building was dark , no lights on outside , hardly any lights on inside . The staff totally ignored 6 patrons waiting in the carry out area …. Pizza was barely warm , even though it was late ! Crust doughy . ( large pan pizza ) ….. I could’ve got gas station pizza & it would be an up grade ! Ghetto pizza No regard for patrons or their wait time . Staff was too busy having a good time … Never again ! We will go to Al’s for BBC a far superior experience & far superior pizza !!!

10 years since I was at Pizza Hut. This place surprised me on how well the staff took care of a large party. We had around 20 ppl and they had all the pizza ready by the time we got there to sit down. They were friendly, and helpful. The location was clean, and inviting.
This really changed my view of pizza hut.. "this location anyway". I will come back to this location.
The pizza was delicious and cooked perfectly.

My tavern style was not crispy or flaky at all. Soggy and tough. I don't know if that was the fault of my toppings or not but I was sorely underwhelmed.
