My order was supposed to be ready 1 hour ago. I’m still sitting here waiting for it with no updates. So are lots of other people. Leadership failed here bc the employees are overwhelmed. Corporate/owner/manager, someone failed and they deserve the blame

I made an order for 4 personal pan pizzas at 4:30 pm and they advised it would be ready by 5:30pm. I felt that the wait was a bit long but my kids are in afterschool activities so I figured to pick up after no biggie. I get there and the entire place is packed with folks waiting for their orders and they advised it us all that they are an hour out on orders. Also they were not allowing people to get a refund in store. Worst customer experience ever

This is take-out or delivery only. You may eat in the restaurant but you must use paper plates and cups as the restaurant has no wait staff. It has been like this since COVID lockdown. Otherwise, the food is good and the staff is courteous. There is some local flavor with local high school teams featured in the lobby.

I had preordered a pizza for 5:45. When I arrived I was told they were short staffed and running very late. The manager said my order was coming up. At 6:10, one of the other customers asked them to recheck the storage area. And there was my pizza. Never had such poor service. Too bad I had prepaid my order, or I would have cancelled it.

Order said it was delivered on the Pizza Hut app, but the delivery driver texted he was still waiting on order 5 minutes later and they were out of boneless wings that I ordered (instead of refunding my money, they gave me a coupon) and the pizza was thin crust when I ordered hand tossed.

Ordered triple bundle box wings and two liter of Pepsi. Pizza wasn’t what I ordered wings were not cooked fully and missing two liter of Pepsi.
Was excited to go to a sit-down Pizza Hut and enjoy lunch with my husband, who had never been to a sit-down PH. BOY were we both disappointed!!
We walked in to a creepy looking, dead restaurant. There was no sign of being served like a normal PH. A gruff older man told us ww had to order at the counter then we could sit. The menu had NO prices, so we kind of just hoped it was affordable. After about 3 minutes, the guy finally came over to take our order. Damn thing came to $33 for 1 large pizza and 2 bottles of soda!
We sat at a booth, and waited for our food. After about 15 minutes, we received the pizza in a to-go box with paper plates and paper towels. We ate a couple of slices and drank our sodas, but didn't really want to be there any longer than necessary.
We will admit that the pizza tasted amazing, which was the only enjoyable part of the experience.
In my honest opinion - grab yourself a couple of pies from Domino's next door and take it home to eat instead!

Ordered and paid extra for a PAN pizza. Got to the car, it clearly wasn’t a pan pizza, it was hand tossed. Brought it back to say this is not what I ordered, the owner argued with me and said he made it himself and it was pan and that if he remade it it would look the same no matter what… my guy… im not thin…. I KNOW WHAT A PAN PIZZA LOOKS LIKE… so weird. Never coming back to this location and I suggest you don’t either if you want what you ordered. No wonder the place was DEAD. The dominos next door would NEVER run customers off that way. 🫣🙄

Food was good, but $21 for two personal pizzas and drinks is not a good value, plus the got my order wrong. Service at Pizza Huts is now practically non-existent. You order at the counter and they bring it to your table; no other service. What happened to real table service? I won't be going back.

No salt or pepper shakers or packets. They do have grated cheese and crushed red pepper packets (not shakers).

Normally, I get delivery, but this time I picked up my order. And to my surprise, since when does staff smoke/vape inside the restaurant? So unprofessional and unsanitary. I felt sick. Do better Pizza Hut .
