The manager was rude. We tried to order online. It got caught as fraud from our bank saying it was from TA which is a different country. When we showed her this she said don’t come back even though her employee says yea, that’s an issue it should say PA. She was so unprofessional in this aggravating moment where hey, now my cards locked because of your companies ridiculously wrong or scammy web ordering. Way to go hiring these kids as managers whom don’t have a clue about real life.

We've been going here lately so we're frequently repeat customers and how can I not give them 5 stars. We get the 2 pizzas and chicken bites. I like the local pizzerias here, but eating Pizza Hut pizza is nostalgic for me. I love their marinara sauce and that greasy pan crust pizza. So far no issues.

This experience was terrible. Here’s how you can do better. Actually deliver the pizza when you say and not just enter a time and show up 30 min later. Upon delivery, not deliver a burnt pizza so dry and crispy that my mother couldn’t even eat it, actually answer the phone when people call to find out why you lied about putting in a delivery time 30 min ahead of arrival to pad your stats and finally, actually deliver help on the online chat instead of just being told to call the place that doesn’t answer and then finally answers to put you on immediate hold to then come back to a now ended chat because you were try to do exactly what the chat person said to do. The worst experience ever. Not looking to go there ever again.

I placed an ordered delivery on October 3rd a Thursday it took 1 1/4 hour to get cold pizza that looked like the driver slammed on the breaks because it slid and flipped over on itself. The wings were Good though.

It's been a long time since we visited any Pizza Hut. We saw the restaurant and both said "Pizza Hut". Went in and yes the seating area was "dated", yes, the salad bar was pushed up against the wall, yes, the place was empty. We ordered the old style pan pizza and drinks. The cashier was polite and Ahmed delivered the food. It was exactly as we remembered! Delicious. We actually had a nice time there. While leaving three of the staff asked how the food was...our answer, fabulous. Recommended they introduce music and create different days for different styles people would have fun coming out in community and enjoy old school pizza. Think I will hit up Tuesday's 2 for 1 price large pie. Will stop again. Thanks Ahmad and crew!

Delivered incomplete order..satisfied that item was refunded but quality check before delivery leaves location would assure complete order.
There is no wait staff. Only one small menu attached to the counter (picture enclosed). Either order ahead from the app or website or call or know what you want ( deal-wise) and let them know when you get there.

This review is for the Pizza Hut at 5275 Devonshire Drive, Harrisburg. The order # was 3240901182401001433036834 and was placed at 7:24 pm, 9/1/24. It was finally delivered at 8:46 pm, even though the store marked it as delivered at 7:14pm. The driver apologized profusely and said he was the only driver working. The dinner box foods were about room temperature when delivered. I called the store and asked for a refund and Gavin said only the GM, Mohammad, could give refunds. Gavin offered to remake the order, but it had already been almost 1.5 hours and I told him we couldn’t wait any longer to eat. He then said Mohammed would call me today, 9/2 and give a refund. It is now 6:57pm and Mohammed hasn’t called yet. I will update if the GM actually follows through and provides a refund.
I added a star since the GM called on 9/3, and on 9/5, a refund was processed back to our bank account. Kudos to him for not blowing me off and following through with what he said he’d do.

Haven't had Pizza Hut in years, CT closed all of their's except the express one's in Taco Bell. It was a blast from the past that I had really missed. They need to bring back the buttery crust spread.
