Great seafood options 😋
Great old school fine dining establishment. Sat at the bar and the bartender Jamie was a pro. Great martini. We had the crab cakes and prime rib. The crab cakes were as good as any I've had in Baltimore, and prime rib was huge and cooked perfectly. Mostly regulars who have been coming here for years. Highly recommended.
Outstanding service and phenomenal meals. Allergy friendly. We always go back.
Food and service were EXCEPTIONAL!
Pleasant atmosphere, good food. Great service.
As a southern Maryland native I can attest the crab cakes are second to none. The prime rib was also phenomenal.
This was my (90 yr old) parents favorite restaurant. Sadly, they cater to the same clientele and haven't changed much in 40 years. The food is good but simple and bland. If you're looking for this type of place, it's a good choice. Otherwise, if you want a more current dining experience, you should look elsewhere.
Shrimp scampi and crab cake was the best I have ever tried! Tammy was our server, and she was excellent 💕 such a graceful soul!
This place was awesome. Little expensive. Food was delicious, service was excellent! Thank you
It is a delightful fine dining experience for a romantic Valentine's dinner.
The Progress Grill, locally owned, is an iconic staple in the Harrisburg area with a well-established faithful clientele, so it was a very busy night.
The food: superb offerings and consistency. Hubby and I chose stuffed mushrooms for our appetizer. For our dinner entrees, I stuffed a flounder with crab meat and surf and turf. Dessert: Baklava
My only disappointment was the service:
-Dinner specials never mentioned
-Assuming we wanted still water
-We never received our salads (we did get later to take home)
-Brought the wrong dessert

Always delicious, high quality, like the good ol days. We love making progress on progress. Must try!
Incredible seafood menu with great side dishes. Excellent service and a long history of quality!
Rack of lamb was awesome. Pass on oysters Rockefeller. Calamari was good. Coffee was good.
30 years ago, my wife and I had our first date here. The service continues to be old school awesome, the food was great and the atmosphere was wonderful. This restaurant is a Harrisburg gem and we had a great time on this special day for us.
Our family had a great dinner experience. The atmosphere was warm and relaxed, and the service was good too. The food was delicious; my Greek salad, Brussel sprouts and halibut was so good. I highly recommend it. Also the Pallif rice and beef kabob.
