My family and I visited this establishment during a weekend trip to Hershey Park and decided to stop at one of our favorite spots. We had Kenza as a waitress and she was a ball of positivity. You can tell she loves what she does and even went above and beyond for us and to interact with my son. She a beautiful spirit and a kind soul and the next time we are in town I will request Kenza if she is around. Anyone would be blessed to have her!

Hey Everyone!!! I had the most fabulous and wonderful and amazing time at Red Lobster this afternoon!!!!
I was celebrating my Wonderful Friend and Mentors birthday! She’s sweet !
And we had the most wonderful, kind , sweet caring, amazing waitress Kenza! She made the day so special and happy 🥰!!!!! When you go to Red Lobster 🦞 Ask for Kenza she will give you such wonderful service and treat you kindly! I was so happy 😀 to meet her!

Food was EITHER undercooked or overly cooked.. lacked taste and care… I had my food REMADE .. wasted time and gas.. $50 WASTED ..

Had the absolute best server. He was always one step ahead of us. I didnt have to ask for ANYTHING. I love that about a server and its so hard to find one that brings u everything u need without having to ask. I wishhh I would remember his name. Thursday 7/17/2025 around 4pm.
