Waited 30 mins for food and the order was never put in. Don’t go here and waste your money or time.
We stopped in for lunch while traveling. We both ordered a burger. We were disappointed to learn that they would not serve a burger less than medium. Food was hot and delicious. Waitstaff was adequate but when we were finished our plates were not temoved. We found the ketchup bottle was sticky. Personally I dislike the kiosk checkout. Not only is it not personal service the machine was dirty. Apparently they clean the front but the back was grimy. In order to use the machine you have to pick it up and move it, thus touching the back, or stand up to check out.

Red Robin, mmmmm! Country gals like me will enjoy this place! Yeehaw! I came in wearing some boots,bralette,and pantys but nobody cared. That's what I call service!

Food took over an hour to arrive. There were seating issues with our party and the staff seemed unsure where to place us, even though we called in the reservation that morning for the evening. Everything was cooked well once it came out. Our waiter did his best to get the food out quickly, but it still took over an hour from the time we sat down.

We asked for a 1 medium well done Burger 🍔 and 1 chicken salad 🥗. The burger was extremely well done. And the salad was totally wilted it was all brown along the edges. The manager notice that I was just sitting there looking through my salad and she knew that I was complaining to my husband about it. The manager comes over to our table and asked if everything okay. I said no look at my salad it extremely wilted. The manager said oh wawo it's certainly is wilted. She took my plate and went into the kitchen now from the dining room the kitchen is open and you could see everyone cooking. She literally went off on the 3 guys who were working the kitchen. And she made me my chicken salad 🥗 herself which I was grateful. And no we did not complain about the hamburger he was just to hungry he scuffed it down like a typical man.

I don't know why I keep ordering from here. Their quality always sucks. They gave me hardly any fries (just crumbs), and they were soggy, cold and hard. The wrap was small. It's hard to believe I paid $20 for this trash. I wish I didn't love the poppyseed honey mustard and raspberry iced tea so much. Why is it so hard for this place to send out quality food for takeout? Do BETTER, Red Robin.

Was not impressed with this location. We were setted quickly, but we waited for service way longer than needed. They were not even that busy. We ordered drinks, and even they took a while, but the table that came in after us got their drinks before us with the same waitress. Getting the food took the longest, and the burgers were overcooked, and the fries were soggy. We didn't even order more we were so disappointed.
