Waited 30 mins for food and the order was never put in. Don’t go here and waste your money or time.

We stopped in for lunch while traveling. We both ordered a burger. We were disappointed to learn that they would not serve a burger less than medium. Food was hot and delicious. Waitstaff was adequate but when we were finished our plates were not temoved. We found the ketchup bottle was sticky. Personally I dislike the kiosk checkout. Not only is it not personal service the machine was dirty. Apparently they clean the front but the back was grimy. In order to use the machine you have to pick it up and move it, thus touching the back, or stand up to check out.

Red Robin, mmmmm! Country gals like me will enjoy this place! Yeehaw! I came in wearing some boots,bralette,and pantys but nobody cared. That's what I call service!

Food took over an hour to arrive. There were seating issues with our party and the staff seemed unsure where to place us, even though we called in the reservation that morning for the evening. Everything was cooked well once it came out. Our waiter did his best to get the food out quickly, but it still took over an hour from the time we sat down.

I can't remember the last time I dined at Red Robin. Today, I enjoyed a Caesar
Salad. The chicken in the salad tasted freshly baked with the right amount of seasoning.
I will be back soon, next time for a burger.

Imagine driving for 9 hours and looking forward to a nice hot burger from Red Robin. Well forget it, cause you're not getting one here. You'll get slow service, cold food, no napkins or silverware, and terrible sweet potato fries. The waitress never once apologized for the condition of the food. Sorry goes a long way. Not here.

"bottomless" fries but you only get 4 at a time and then wait 12 minutes for them to make more. This location cannot handle volume currently, I'd wait until they either hire more people or train their team better before returning.

Stopped for lunch while in the area, peaceful atmosphere, waiter was friendly and attentive and the burgers were delicious as always!👍

Our waiter Jesus was very attentive. It was a little busy tonight, but he made sure to give us updates on the arrival of our food! Give him a raise!!!
