I come to red robin pretty often, and I usually experience just OKAY service, however their food is almost always perfect. Tonight, I was blown away with the customer service I got from Nay. She was/is by far the BEST waitress I've ever had at red robin and most other places. If more people were like her, there would almost never be any complaints. Thank you Nay, for 5 star customer service!

The place has the capacity to be great. It wasn't my first time, we actually visit frequently and every time we go it is late because we are in the area shopping. The limitless fries and drink refills are not ? attended well. If the waiter wants us to use the box, let us know that's how you'll be checking on us. And when is the kitchen cutoff time, so I can be more respectful of their time? Maybe this is a forum question? ?Oh and I got the monster ? burger and it was delicious with bacon and Swiss. The few fries were quickly eaten...it was like showing up at Gilligan's with their small basket of a couple fries in every direction.

Never again. We waited almost an HOUR for food. Then they came out and said that they didn't have what I ordered from their menu, which was a veggie burger, so I had to reorder after waiting so long. We would have left, but my husbands food had arrived, and we were super hungry by then. Not impressed one bit!

We had no wait for a table. Our server was outstanding. The burgers were cooked perfectly and were flavorful. The atmosphere there is almost always like a family get-together. Prices are reasonable. It was an enjoyable experience.

Red Robin..Ummmm is how the commercial should actually go. Not yum. Yes the food tasted as it should. Except the “Yukon Chips” were burnt Martins potato chips. However the wings sitting on top were above average. The burgers seem smaller than they use to be while the prices are definitely higher. We got the standard bottomless fries that are always mind blowing in their yummy basic ness that keeps us all coming back. We had 2 drinks: the Paradise punch for around $10 bucks. It was weak. Like WEAK and I don’t drink often. It tasted like nothing was in it but juice and ice. Ah well….The atmosphere was HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. We were sat next to the kitchen where the YOUNG STAFF were yelling back and forth, texting on their phones and laughing so loudly my boyfriend and I stopped talking and eating. We asked for the check and tried to leave but the card machine wouldn’t work. So we had to wait. The service? Umm well I’ll be polite because she was kind. However our appetizer came out after our food. She seemed quite flustered throughout the service but she was friendly and kind. We all have our off days at work. Overall she was fine. So thank you HANNA for helping to make the atmosphere a tad more shiny. However Hanna’s smile was not enough for me. I’ll never come back because the staff yelling when we were trying to enjoy our meal that we were paying for is a no. The manager was checked out, I saw him walk right past a kid on his phone in the kitchen when we walked in. We should have turned around them. lol but it was fine I guess but $70 for some burgers, fries, wings and 2 fancy glasses of kool aid. No thanks.
This location may just have been having an off day (although it was completely empty inside..) but our experience was a mess. I in with a party of 5, we ordered 2 onion ring towers and another appetizer, we only received 1 tower. When we asked about this we received the 2nd tower and it was a greasy wet mess. Very gross. It was dripping down the tower onto the table, it was that greasy. Our server was also the bartender, but as I said... the entire place was nearly empty. There was nobody sitting at the bar, however, we never saw our server once food was served. Our drinks would be empty and I had to go out of my way by getting up from the table to go to the bar and request refills. We would use the call button on the table top computers and no one would respond. Anyways, look, it's Red Robin, you get what you get at a chain restaurant. But for a $200+ meal, SOME type of service and care in food prep would be nice.

Most of the food was good, but they were busy, so our onion rings didn't come out with everyone else's appetizers and when they did they were undercooked. Our server did the best she could, but she was working the bar with no help.
