Got a Pina colada gelati, she gave it to me and it was pink... I asked this is Pina colada right? She said yes, it indeed was not Pina colada. I also ordered a concrete and it was made without ingredients.

I love Rita’s, but today was a terrible experience. It took the guy almost 15 minutes to make two large gelato’s and one large regular ice. And then after handed me the tropical punch Rita’s I pull off. It’s already halfway melted. Unacceptable. $20 for three large is ridiculous. I would’ve got a refund, but there was eight cars behind me.

This Rita's was one of the finest we've ever been in !!
Bright , clean & welcoming and very close to Route 81 a quick off and back on. Everyone there was personable and willing to serve us !!
We are putting this Rita's on our travel plans everytime we travel ...

Staff is great, Italian ice is great, and the price and serving size are salty. Of course, the businesses now are making cups and bowls smaller but increase cost to buyers.
Why does the closing time say 10pm, but as I stroll up at 9pm, they’re closed? Rude employee didn’t even bother to open the window, just yelled at me with it closed. Definitely won’t be back there again.
