Staff is great, Italian ice is great, and the price and serving size are salty. Of course, the businesses now are making cups and bowls smaller but increase cost to buyers.

Why does the closing time say 10pm, but as I stroll up at 9pm, they’re closed? Rude employee didn’t even bother to open the window, just yelled at me with it closed. Definitely won’t be back there again.

I love Rita's and this one was no exception. The only thing they needed was trash cans that you could discard the cup in after eating. I know they have them because they were stacked up out back away from the customers. Be better

I didnt see any prices, but placed my order. My total was 12.50 for ONE gelati. Italian ice and custard, 12 ozs., tops. I may as well enjoy it, because I won't be back. Should have just bought a bottle of wine instead.

Stopped by here for a quick dessert while visiting Harrisburg. It was a chilly day, so ordered it to go. There's a few small tables and 2 benches if you want to eat outside as there's no indoor seating.There was only 1 party in front of me, so was able to order quickly. Ordered the Reese's Concrete which is their frozen custard mixed with Reese's Peanut Butter pieces and chocolate. It was very creamy with a nice consistency that was easy to mix. I was curious to try the Gelati as it has the Italian Ice and Custard mixed, so will have to try that next time.

I went to this Rita's because I was with my grandchildren and this one on Union Deposit has a drive thru. I like Rita's and the different items they offer, it's refreshing on a hot day. We just had the Italian ice. I had juicy pear but it did taste the same as I remember. It was kinda of a weak taste. My granddaughter had cotton candy which was good. It taste just like cotton candy! I love the swedish fish flavor, it taste just like the candy. This location needs to move the sign that they have with the flavors listed because it's covered by a tree that is near and the sign needs to be lite up with light because you can see what it says at night. This Rita's has plenty of parking as well as a walk-up window which is nice!
