We got the French quarter chicken and shrimp and our daughter got the noodles and marinara. Her portion was significantly larger than ours. The chicken breast's were extremely tiny, the shrimp was salty and overcooked and there was only a tiny tablespoon of mashed potatoes on the plate. For $20.49 each dinner plate it was awful! The salad bar wasn't stocked fresh and the options were pretty limited to boring rotten vegetables. This was our first time going to Ruby Tuesday and certainly our last!

Are serverice was fantastic the food was horrible. My fiance got a steak that was suppose to be medium and was served raw steak. Not to mention we hear a person yelling at the people in the kitchen and cussing. We won't be back. First time ever eating there was not impressed..
Thanks to the bar tender for are drinks that the only thing that was good.

Four of us walked into the lobby where we waited 5 minutes to be seated, ok I am patient. The hostess finally came out and took her good ol time putting 4 menus together. We were seated in a tiny booth, mind you there were four of us. The hostess was miserable.
We waited another 10 minutes and no one came to our table. I had only seen one server, but in most establishments others would assist, not here. The hostess disappeared, probably going back to take her nap.
I am 58 years old and have only done this one other time in my life. We stood up and walked out.
It's a shame that this place has gone to the dogs. There food is good and the salad bar I always thought was top notch.
It's no wonder they don't have the number of restaurants they used to.
Maybe other locations are better, but do not waste your time going to the Harrisburg location. Go across the street to the Mexican restaurant, they know how to run a restaurant.

We waited 30+ minutes for our food to be served. 1 guests soup came with her meal instead of before. We had to ask when 4 of us finally got our meals a 5th guest was coming.
I got a burger and it was really good but I felt the portion size was small. Despite the size it was filling. I am not one to jump to conclusions... but like 2 hours after eating I had to make a few "Business" Trips to 2nd avenue for "water" leaks.
I did not get the salad bar because it looked... old and lacking. Also kinda overpriced... Best way to describe it is to simply take a salad and leave it out on a table for 4-5 hours. I did go during a slow time so if you go when it is busy it will probably be fresher. Also the salad by is right near the entrance where almost all foot traffic goes... kinda sketchy health wise in my book. Salad Dressings are in a bowl where you scoop it out... kinda sketchy in my book as well... would be better to have pour bottles.
Service was decent, my only complaint is that the some staff were not obvious as they appeared to not be wearing the uniform. When we entered there was no one at the front desk and the person who came up and sat my party had a normal sweatshirt. I am not complaining the staff was not at the desk to greet us, just that when they came to the desk it was a bit confusing like are we being guided to a table by a customer. Maybe give staff Ruby Tuesday Sweatshirts as I understand wearing a regular sweatshirt if you are cold.
It is quite obvious that the main goal of the restaurant is alcohol as the menu makes several references to alcohol. I felt the static (Specials) table menu was a bit to big and took up table space and hit table condiments (salt and pepper)... and complex (was like an entire menu 3-5 pages).
The general menu was also a bit complicated to go through as burgers were on three pages. Pictures were good and what you saw is what you got.
Overall I would rather go to a Red Robin where the portions are a bit bigger and you get endless salad/fries.

A favorite place, food is consistent, staff is always friendly
Not the best. I left the table with my food bagged up, came the table was cleared and food was discarded. I said something. The Manager did remake the protein and gave me another cake. Thank you! She then began to scold me, for speaking out about it. The only reason I chose Ruby Tuesday's because their parking lot was empty. I hate low quality service. Lessons Learned!
