Nasty.... the employee and the foodI found a big green stud of something. The employee was nasty. I got to a salad works across the river and they give you half an avocado as a normal portion and charge for the other halfApparently this one charges for 1/4 slice. So not even half an avocado.... it would cost me $5 for extra avocado.

Maybe this is my fault for ordering a pre-made salad. After a nearly 13 hour work day I was starving, and the salad I purchased looked SO good..until I opened it. The lettuce was so soggy and the tomatoes were slimy and watery. I picked out the chicken, which was good, but I couldn’t eat the rest. This is coming from a very non-picky eater. I was thoroughly annoyed that I paid $12 for a few chunks of chicken. I will not make this mistake again.*Photo taken after I picked out the chicken and tomatoes, and took 3 bites of the lettuce.

I don't typically leave reviews but our experience was just not good. After waiting at the counter 10 minutes after my pickup time for an employee to appear, one finally came from elsewhere in the store. She let me know they she started the one salad, but hadn't finished it and still had to make the other salad. 15 minutes later (1/2 hr after my scheduled pick up time) I finally got my salads. Both were missing extra toppings we had paid for, as well as bread and utensils. The one salad was also missing its dressing. All in all the food was fine, but be sure to check what you receive before leaving, and be prepared for a poor experience overall

I've been a fan of Saladworks since first tying them at Park City Mall years ago in college. Since then locations have moved from mall food courts to either small strip mall stores or more recently inside Giant. I haven't had an issue with their Camp Hill Giant location so I wanted to give the Lingelstown Road one a try as its a lot closer. Don't bother online ordering. I ordered through the app at 5pm and got a notice saying my order would be ready at 5:25pm. Get there and everything is closed at the kiosk, no salad or pick up order at the pick up window. I saw my ticket in the register unfulfilled. Luckily a Giant employee stopped by and told me they closed at 4pm due to staffing issues. Giant doesn't have any control over them, its a separately owned/run company. I tried to call their help line but the number is disconnected. I filled out the online help form but who knows if that will work. Maybe try ordering when/if you see someone working there but based on Google reviews I've seen I'd avoid this location. Seems to be a reoccuring problem.

I would prefer to leave zero stars, even minus 5 stars if I could. My husband ordered salads for us for dinner. $60 for two salads because he ordered "extras." When the food arrived, his salad was missing FIVE ingredients. I understand this may happen, but that should have been subtracted from the price. Additionally, the "pasta" that is a base option was 5 pieces of rotini, overcooked and just nasty. The only item that was as advertised was the sliced egg. When I called there, the number was disconnected. I called the grocery store they are located in to be transferred to them. Stupidly, I let the phone ring 32 times (yes, I counted) before I hung up. When I attempted to reach out via the "contact us" button on the website, I received "error 404, page not found." This is the first online review I have EVER left as I feel things are better solved speaking to a person. Apparently that is impossible. This experience was absolutely ridiculous. Save your money. Even a bagged salad would have been better. Giant Food Stores, you need to get rid of this vendor.

I ordered 2 salads that came with bleu cheese. I specifically said to not add the bleu cheese to the salads because we do not like it. They went ahead and put the bleu cheese on both of our salads. Ruins the salad because it is not easy to take off all the bleu cheese once its applied to the salad. Next time you really need to look at the order more carefully because customers may request extras or subtractions from the recipe. Thanks for wasting my drive up there and money just to get 2 salads that are not to our liking.

Kale was wilted, cucumber slimy, tomatoes soft and watery, carrots old and dry... I'd rather not mention the condition of the avocado. I picked my own toppings and it was STILL terrible. This place is in view of thousands of pounds of bright, fresh, beautiful produce... They, sadly, had none of that available. Last, but not least, for over $11.00 I got a salad that was smaller than some side salads I've had. What a pathetic excuse for a meal.
