Santa Fe Taco Factory

Ordered pancakes and was charged extra for syrup. Ordered French toast and it was plain white bread in the middle. They charge $2.50 for an empty cups for me to pour soda in a cup for my son. Was charged ala cart for a meal and when I brought it to the cook had a bad attitude. Very bad customer service NEVER AGAIN!

This is how it should be. Coming from the southwest where I grew up, I've been in withdrawal, a desperate need for Mexican food that doesn't suck or cost $20 a plate.

This is how it's supposed to be. You pay 3 bucks, and you get a taco packed full of meat that's been marinating in a great blend of spices. You get salsa, sour cream, cheese, etc on top til it's overflowing. Not necessarily "authentic" Mexican food, but the kind of stuff you can find in working class neighborhoods in Phoenix, where you might be the first gringo to walk in in a week. And it's GOOD food.

Holy cow! I popped in to grab a quick bite to eat before grabbing the train. I got a burrito that was a big as my head. It was just rice, beans and cheese and it still had excellent flavor and a delicious soft tortilla. All the veggies looked super fresh and delicious. I can’t wait to come back!

Great food.

Used to be good. Food is now totally bland and flavorless. I’ve loved this place for years but the food and service have both gone downhill. In the past 3 months I’ve had the rotisserie chicken, meatloaf, taco salad in and out of bowl, mashed potatoes, zucchini medley, corn, and vegetable medley and every time everything was bland, flavorless and disgusting. This will definitely be my last time trying anything from this restaurant. Very disappointing.

Love everything I’ve gotten here. The chimichanga is my favorite. They give so much food for the money that you have leftovers for the next meal. All the workers are always so happy and friendly.

Taco Bell who? I’m new to working downtown…a few months ago I strolled my way to the 2nd fl of Strawberry Square… I looked at Taco Bell to my right and looked at Santa Fe taco factory straight ahead. I love tacos and figured let me try it from a different restaurant…Let’s just say….I haven’t been to TB since!!

They say you never miss a good thing until it leaves you. I miss this place. Had breakfast pretty much every morning and lunch at least twice a week. The value, service, and quality couldn't get any better. I wish I still worked close to downtown just so I can eat here.

The steak tacos were delicious & tender.

I've only ever ate breakfast there & it was delicious, inexpensive, & plenty!! The guy recognized me & maybe gave me extra... I want to get a whole rotisserie chicken, but I'm never there when they're serving chickens....
