After starting my new job a year and a half ago Simply Turkey Has been my main go to for lunch. Typically, I get a small salad, but it’s actually huge to the point where I cannot finish it! The food is always fresh and tasty, the sandwiches and soups are great as well. When it comes to service they Phenomenal! Their recommendations have always been great, especially when trying out new soups. I know they do cater for holidays, but even the busy times the staff always has a smile in their face. I’ve only been to the front Street location where there is ample parking, but the parking lot is kind of full of potholes so you need to be careful. There’s lots of outdoor seating and a beautiful view of the river. Inside there’s a lot of seating and it’s pretty clean, however a little bit dated and dark.
Typically, a small bowl salad would cost me around 15 bucks, But it is a large serving and it is so fresh. They’re using quality ingredients and Great service.

I came in earlier today for a take-out order. I felt like the people working today were unhelpful/didn't want to be there. They forgot a couple of things in the order and the food was pretty expensive for what it was without the forgotten items.

I just had a rude interaction with two heavy women that were working today. they looked surprised to see a customer walking through the doors and then proceeded to give me attitude. very sad to see

Don’t go here if you’re ordering for more people than just yourself. They can’t handle making 4 meals without confusing things because they all want to jump in to help - its overwhelming. I asked more than once to do one sandwich at a time and they couldn’t handle that request. Very disappointed as I type this in the parking lot because I’m leaving with food that wasn’t made well. It was made with attitude. Last time I checked, I’m the customer and politely asking for 1 meal at a time shouldn’t be too hard to understand. I will not be back to this location.

Simply Turkey is phenomenal in every way possible. Not only is their food phenomenal, but so is the staff. Recently I had their baked potato soup and it was AMAZING. I had been watching the soup specials for it again for two weeks when I decided to send an email to the Ft St location. TWO days later, I got an email AND phone call to let me know they had made the soup. That kind of customer service is unbelievably hard to find these days and I was floored that they would even consider making it, let alone that they actually did. I am just baffled and absolutely thrilled that they would listen and take action like that. Service this good is rare and when coupled with delicious food, it deserves to be recognized.

It was our first time trying Simply Turkey. We got the hot turkey platter and 2 of the salads. AMAZING. Every thing was so delicious. The deserts are so good - the Peanut butter cookie was the softest most tastiest cookie ever. I give 10/10 will most definitely be back (probably weekly haha) I highly recommend giving them a try!

Went in for lunch. Two people in the restaurant and they give me the wrong wrap. Next time I’ll just go to the Doritos factory as that was the best part of the meal.

It’s solid food but $17 for a Chicken salad sandwich and pasta, not the best value, I could consider it a value if there was a solid portion of chicken salad on the sandwich, or something extremely different, but that’s not the case. Average at best.

I’ve frequented this place multiple times, and each visit has left me thoroughly satisfied with both the delicious food and excellent service. My usual order consists of a half sandwich/wrap and soup combo, and I’m consistently impressed. The sandwiches/wraps consistently meet or exceed my expectations, and the soups are equally delightful. The helpful staff never fail to provide great suggestions when asked. Kudos to the team for maintaining such high standards!
