Food is ok. Not nearly as good as it used to be. Staff is friendly. But that place could use a serious cleaning. And scouring. And disinfecting!

They have great food but horrible service! They allow your order to sit for almost three hours waiting on slice then when you call they say oh contact slice. So no one was gonna contact me and allow me to no this if I wouldn't have reached out (mind you I was at work ordering for my children) so since I couldn't leave work they cancelled my order and told me to have a great day

On 10/16/2024 at approximately 2100 hours, my family and I ordered food at this establishment, I’ve ate here numerous times but last night didn’t cut it. I asked for no tomatoes and light cheese, add mayo and onions and this is what I received. The lettuce looked brown and it was just unacceptable for the amount of money I paid. Not only that but it made me sick.

They have the best sub bread you will ever taste, very good. Only thing they don't give you enough meat so always order extra meat you won't be disappointed. When I want a sub they are where I go

Customer Service awful. Talked to the manager about ordering through the online service (Slice) and expected some care and concern but I got a bad attitude. I told him I never got my delivery (medium pep pizza) and he said not my responsibility. The delivery service reflect your company if customers are not getting their orders through that particular delivery service. Wow I grew up on sorrentos since I was 8yrs old this use to be one of my favorite places to go eat pizza. Not anymore. It's very sad that this restaurant establishment have turn into a cruel, crude, and unhospitable place it use to be so much fun going here. Get better sorrentos and do better.
