Visiting Harrisburg and this food truck was outside as part of a tiny park concert. Jerk chicken and apple cobbler empanadas- the sauce with the jerk chicken is just as delightful as the empanada ( which might be pricey for those of us that make them at home) but welll filled and, like I said- tasty. Worth a stop in.
We were able to try food from the food truck finally. I have never had an empanada that I liked before having them here. They are delicious. I've never had catfish before and we got the cagin catfish tacos. they were probably the best taocs we have ever had. Definitely will get them anytime I see them!
We went to Royal (SpringGate) last night. My husband and I tried the cheesesteak and bacon cheeseburger empanadas - AMAZING! The street corn was very good as well. They are a definite to try!
