There's a rainbow gay pride flag on the wall and in my opinion has nothing to do with coffee. Equal rights is one thing but I don't think homosexuality should be encouraged to children.

There’s an older gentleman here that every time I go in the store and have to interact with him at the register it’s just so unpleasant as if I shouldn’t be there. I usually opt to go to the Starbucks at Giant just to get better service.

The older gentleman here has a personality of a snob. Definitely do not feel welcomed here. Last time we came here a few years ago he was here and the same thing so thats why we havent been back. I was hoping he'd be gone but no. I'll drive farther just to avoid the judgement in his voice when I ask for special changes.

Can't say I was made happy here. The causal whisper that you can remake my coffee as I am leaving really isn't making it right is it? Why not offer that when I point out my coffee isn't quite right?
After perusing the menu and not finding what I was looking for I finally just asked for what I wanted.. A large hot coffee with cream and sugar. Coffee was good, thermonuclear hot, pretty strong. I generally don't frequent Starbucks because the drive-throughs are ridiculous but this location is in a strip mall. No drive-through here and it was good to get out and stretch. We stopped on a Sunday evening and there was no wait.
