Worst Starbucks experience I’ve had so far. The employees were more interested in talking to each other than helping customers. No greeting, no asking for my name, and when my drink was ready, it was just dropped on the counter in silence. Extremely rude and unprofessional behavior. I won’t be coming back to this location.

I'm not impressed with this place and never was. It was clean. My sister said her drink was to watered down and my drink had to much whip cream.

Coffee drinks are always good. Sometimes, they vary slightly from store to store or barista to barista, but that is what makes me keep coming back. Always fast and pleasant people behind the counter. The price is a little steep, but what isn't these days. The reward system makes up for it.

This is by far the worst Starbucks I’ve ever seen. Filthy dirty. I got 5$ in coins… the person working said “sorry, management refuses to bring me change when I ask.” They forgot about half of my order.
Just an overall yikes. I’m not a huge Starbucks girl anyways, but this was enough to make me pass for the foreseeable future.
Came in everyone already did their order, had me standing for over 5-8 mins while they talked and then finally came and took my order, the one who took my order was nice however the rest of the customer service was trash, now tho it took them a min to even address us, another person came like 2 mins after me not to bias not my complexion and was address quickly. Roll the tape and see, love target however this starbucks will be a no go going forward. Lacks customer service

When ordering your drink. The barista rushes you through your order and doesn't allow you to make changes and add things at your own pace. In addition the others don't know how to read or make drinks correctly. And when confronted about making a drink wrong, the workers bad mouth their customers and blame them for making the mistake.

I'd give negative stars if I could!!!! Baristas rush you through your order so you can't fully create your drinks. Then they make them wrong and blame you.

The baristas are not fast at making drinks whatsoever!!! It seems like it takes them one drink at a time with all three employees working. It’s terrible!!!! I have worked at Starbucks at the Airport and I have never seen Baristas move so slow in my life!!!!!!!!!! Definitely need more training with getting the drinks out fast!!! I ordered a passion fruit iced tea and it took almost 25mins to make and they had only 3 people in line!!!!! Terrible!!!!
