We bought frappuccinos. The strawberry frappuccino which we bought tasted like milk with some sugar on it. The strawberry flavor was very less.Earlier when we used to buy frappuccino it feels like we should buy one again. But now a days it's quality is very pathetic. We tried in different Starbucks outlet. But everywhere it is the same. We bought caramel cookie frappuccino also. It will be having coffee in it. We were unaware of it and one of my family member is allergic...
The coffee was great - fresh pot made just for us. The girls were very good at working together. There was a wait but as soon as we entered, we were told that the wait was 15 minutes and it was very close to that time. Great job ladies!
I waited 13 minutes for my drink while I watched them make mobile order after mobile order. I completely understand being busy and short staffed, but customers who order in person and are standing there waiting shouldn’t be put on the back burner for mobile orders. If I hadn’t asked about my order, it likely would’ve taken 15-20 min.
