Hate to see what kitchen looks like. Asked them to clean restroom so our group could use it, they did. Place is gross! Get your act together

Coffee was great. Unfortunately, I stood in line for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me and she barely said a thing. In fact, everyone there looked absolutely miserable and unwelcoming. I’m so glad this isn’t my usual Starbucks.

EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. I go through this drive through the service and friendliness is beyond awesome! I feel like the people who work here like coming to work. So friendly every single time and I’ve been through a lot. Especially today, the gentleman and the drive through was so nice! I wish I knew his name and I’d shout him out! Good job, not every Starbucks is doing quite as good as a job with their service!

I always enjoyed coming here for a drink since it is conveniently located by grocery stores and has a drive thru. Lately your new hires have attitude for no reason. The people that used to work there have always been happy cheerful and helpful but these new guys you got act like they don’t wanna be there. I could tell the guy was getting annoyed when asking questions about a drink. Pretty sure he also rolled his eyes at me.

I grabbed a chai latte, and the staff were super friendly. Some guy came in asking for water, and Starbucks makes you buy something else to get free water, so there was this whole thing, and I just bought him something so he could get his water.

I’ve been using this store’s app to order ahead, and while the concept is convenient, the execution leaves a lot to be desired. One of the biggest frustrations is that the app often allows you to purchase items that aren’t actually available in-store. This is especially disappointing because the app clearly has the capability to prevent customers from selecting sold-out items, but for some reason, this feature isn’t being utilized properly. What’s even more frustrating is how the situation is handled when your order can’t be fulfilled. Instead of offering a straightforward refund, they provide either a gift card or a random substitute product that you didn’t ask for. This feels like a poor customer experience—if I paid for something specific, I expect either that item or my money back, not a workaround that benefits the store more than it benefits me. I really hope they address these issues by improving inventory tracking on their app and offering refunds as an option when items are unavailable. Until then, I’d recommend caution when ordering ahead through the app for this particular location —it’s a gamble whether you’ll actually get what you paid for.

We were the first person in line inside,and it took 25 minutes! To get two small drinks. I will say the drinks were good but nothing special. The staff were not the kind, and always had a look on their faces. But going through the drive through is a different story, the staff are so nice and actually make your drink right.
