Very slow service
I usually get a notification from Starbucks when it’s my birthday but for some reason it wasn’t showing this time on my app. I asked the barista if it would show for them. She asked her manager and she said it was okay and that I could have the drink and she wished me a happy birthday! It was so nice of her and made my day 🥰

The workers here are super nice and do their best to keep up with the drive thru, mobile orders, and in-store orders, even if they get swamped at times. My order always comes out within a couple of minutes and is made exactly like I want. If you want to chill here and be well taken care of, the workers keep the location clean and are attentive. They are good people and a highlight of this store.
What makes this place rather insufferable is a single guy that seems to be in the store every time I get here, or he shows up around noon. He sits in the back, near the restrooms, and all he does for hours is blare music, political messages, and the news on his phone. He seems to lack any familiarity with the concept of headphones, or he's just an inconsiderate prick that only cares about himself. What makes it worse is that he holds his phone up to his head, so he's aware that phones can be used to make noise close to his ears, but he can't quite grasp the connection that he can turn the volume down and hold it closer to his ear. And he's always wearing nice clothes, sometimes even a suit, so it isn't like he's too poor to afford a $50 pair of nice headphones. The workers never ask him to chill out with the noise, even if they walk by him, and the few times that I've seen people ask him to turn down his noise, he complies for like 5 minutes and then goes right back to blaring it.
Update: Of course, he's a Tesla driver. Dude can afford a Tesla but can't afford headphones lol.

This is the dirtiest Starbucks, I have ever seen. No soap in the restroom, the tables are dirty, the counter is really dirty and has not been cleaned, while I had my Cappuccino. There has been e greenish fluid spelt over the floor and was still there, when I left.

When Paxton Street closed I chose to go to Chambers Hill because of the proximity to my workplace and because I knew some of the people that went from Paxton To Chambers Hill. I am one of the early people and it's very nice to start your day out with a smile. This is what the early morning openers do for me and I believe I do that for them as well. However, it seems when Taylor, the store manager is there the atmosphere changes. I can tell she treats each employee differently when she's there. The mood is down. One moment she will greet me with a smile but then the next few times, nothing. I am a manager of 12 people and I tell them if they are in a mood prior to coming in they should delay their start time. One person can change the whole dynamics of a team. I can see that when she tries to be pleasant it's not genuine. It also appears to me that she has her favorites because of how she interacts with 1 person to another. We all have personal issues and life happens but you don't reflect that on your team. The team you work with is your workplace family. If this is how you treat your family then you shouldn't be managing people. I continue to return because of the others that make the start of my day pleasant. Those people are the true meaning of an Extraordinary Customer Experience.

I don’t know what’s going on with this location lately but they’ve been slacking bad. Every time I go my drink is always made wrong and when I tell them about it so they can fix it they get irritated and catch an attitude and the drink still doesn’t taste as good. This was one of my favorite locations but not anymore.
It would be nice if you concentrated on the people standing inside your store waiting for their order opposed to working on all the online orders.
I was one of 3 people waiting inside, with no one on the drive thru, and waited almost 10 min

They literally could not care about their walk in customers. I’ve never seen more disrepect to individuals who walk in than I have here. Forgotten orders, people waiting for half an hour for food (while cars whiz in and out of the drive thru) and no attention to the people inside their own store. Absolutely disgraceful

I would've given your location more stars. But the music was absolutely setting off a not so sitting vibe. It doesn't even feel like I'm in a coffee shop.

I like him very good service. I got my coffee by mistake and they fix it for me. I’ll be back again.??

ordered three refreshing drinks, but unfortunately we had to throw away. The flavors in each refresher seemed uneven, like they hadn't been mixed or shaken properly, something was not add right. I think they don't even care about customer at all.
I was told that on Sundays they close at 8:30 even though there was a person in line and after checking online, they close at nine. It’s unfortunate. Have a long drive ahead of me.

They may be pricey but their coffees are so good. I always get a blonde latte, with almond milk and 2 pumps of chai. Plus they have the stars you can get free stuff with and that makes me happy.
