Polite service. Tasty subs. The staff just one guy by himself but he handled the lunch crowd calmly and professionally. After fulfilling orders, he swept and kept up with cleanliness seamlessly. Give this guy a raise (and some help)

If zero was an option I’d give it. Was told “my transaction didn’t go through” and had to scan my card again. Checked my bank a few days later was charged twice and the man insists that I was not and that’s it’s “pending” and the transaction will “fall off” the transaction is completed and now they want my bank statement 0 stars.

Very terrible customer service. The worker or owner , CJ or Chichivon, a middle aged male of middle eastern decent, is very rude and unprofessional. He became upset when I asked for more toppings on my sandwiches because he was not putting enough. Very stingy with the part of subway that is supposed to be unlimited lol. He then proceeded to throw a tantrum after I asked to taste a dressing I was already purchasing, to see if I needed more. Will never return to this location. The amount of restraint you have to have dealing with this individual is really unfathomable!

Very terrible service. Decided to stop here for lunch and was also taking another verbal order for someone as well. I was very polite, tried to get through the order quickly, but did have some questions. I noticed the worker Chichivon or CJ ( he was really rude and refused to cooperate when I asked for information to file a complaint) began to get annoyed. I had asked to purchase a side of the dressing for one of the sandwhich orders and was debating on getting another for the other order. When I asked him to slide the cup I was already purchasing toward me to taste, he had a melt down about how he would not be able to sell it now that I've stuck my finger in it . Mind you , I WAS ALREADY PURCHASING IT. HE ALREADY RANG ME UP which was an additional 50 cent for the dressing. After responding because I did not like his tone, he proceeded to argue with me while having other customers in line. Which isn't really an issue , because by all means defend yourself, but it's definitely unprofessional as hell. Overall this situation could have been avoided if the employee understood proper etiquette when dealing with people , especially working in a fast food environment. I would strongly recommend this location attend the next training chic fil a is providing down the street !

Pathetic place. Why hire people who are playing on their phone and putting together sandwiches at the same time. Yeah I saying with gloves picking up their phones and then touching sandwiches with same gloves on. Your phone is nasty. You need the health code called on this place in fact I might do it. I just got sick from a similar instance.
