We were disappointed during a recent visit. We ordered subs online an hour and a half a head of the pickup time. I got there at the pickup time and subs hadn’t been started. When the employee started making the subs, she stopped and told me the toaster was broken. I asked if she could refund the charge so I could go somewhere else. She evaded the question and said she could warm the sub in the microwave.
I understand refunding an online payment may be impossible. There should be a way to offer the customer a voucher for a future discount. The employee was very polite and apologized, but I’m not sure I’ll visit this location again. I definitely won’t order online from this location again.

This subway got me through some of my best late night shifts. Thankfully it stays open past normal dinner time. The staff were extra friendly to me. Better experience than the subways back in the city.

Was rushed as we got there. Was just getting off the road after a 10 hour drive and we wanted to use the bathroom first. Guy kept pushing to get me to place my order while I waited on my wife.
Bathroom was disgusting!! I have seen cleaner bathrooms at truck stops!! Piss all over the back of the toilet seat!?
